I thought LINDA did very awesome with Nala. She was a rescue and she was in very bad shape and they made her look like a whole new doggy! THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR FUR BABIES!

Very good visit, we took both of our dogs shopping for a deferring comb and treats. Also got an engraved name tag for one.Staff was great and interacted with our dogs.

The cashier was great! The store itself was cluttered, and unclean, nothing was labeled or priced. Feeder insects ALL had mold. Not one employee came to help in the 15 minutes that we were in the store and looking at the feeders. The desk cashier was the only redeeming quality of this store.

The customer service here is great! My young son just had to have a hamster! The gentleman that helped us did wonderful at listening to my son and helping him get everything he needed, he was so patient and kind!!

Couldn't get anyone to help us! The dude with the long hair at the cash register was on his phone. When I asked for help getting fish, he said he would come over there later and turned his back. I searched for another employee all over the store to no avail! I guess evening shift people don't care as much as day shift! So we left with NO FISH for my young kids Christmas presents..... their loss because I was going to get about 15 glo-fish!

We stopped in from out of town to check out hobby lobby next door but they were closed so we wandered to petco. Very clean place and extremely helpful and knowledgeable employees. Had a wonderful conversation about rabits during check out with my cashier. We did find some dog toys and they are also very appreciated by my doggos. If we ever find ourselves in that area again we will definitely be back 😊

Staff is rude, store is dirty. Website says staff wear mask. Never see staff with a mask on…General manager could careless about the appearance of the store or how guest are treated. More concerned with publicizing her relationship with the assistant manager (who clearly knows nothing of her job). Corporate doesn’t seem to care either. Really sad that they let extremely valuable and knowledgeable staff members leave. Very sad to see one girl who always helped me is now gone due to management. Won’t be returning.

It was my first time getting my dog groomed and Virginia was amazing and worked very well with my dog who has knee problems and is anxious. She has 20+ years in grooming and did an incredible job and I’ve never seen my dog look better. Virginia at the Garden City KS Petco deserves a raise! I will ask for her everytime.

If this is how they keep there fish tanks I won’t buy from this store! I asked to speak to a manager about it. When speaking to what I believe is the manager I was informed that they don’t have time to deal with this and walked away. When leaving the store I asked a worker who that lady was that I spoke with and I was told it was the store manager ! If that’s how this manager maintains this store I feel deeply sorry for the employees and all the animals in this store !!! This is not the first time my family has had problems with this store or management!

Stephanie is very rude and has an attitude about everything last time we were there we wanted some live plants and she asked if we needed help I said yeah and she was huffing out loud and didn’t really want to help us today she had an attitude again and was asking us to move out of the way from people who needed carts nobody was trying to get around us to get a cart and we were trying to pick out a dog tag didn’t get a tag but got other things we needed kind of ridiculous to act like that when we only have two pet stores in town

Recently our local Petco has undergone new management. It has greatly improved the store. They're always well stocked now and the employees are happy. Wait time has reduced from 15 plus minutes in line to seconds.

I was there a good 30 minutes looking at fish tanks. Was debating on getting a beta since mine died of old age. 30 minutes and not even so much as a hello. But I could tell you all the gossip from the 2 girls and 1 guy I saw working 🤷‍♀️.. so I left empty handed

I love the app. I can go on and order my dog food and it is delivered to my door if my husband can't pick it up the next couple of days since we live 30 minutes away from Petco.

Wide selection of fish and accessories. The people were friendly if not hard to find. We have found almost everything we need on one trip.we don't own dogs or cats but we have looked for family and they have a wide range of things for them too.

They seemed way understaffed. It took awhile to find someone to get us live crickets. Then took even longer to find someone to check us out. Also, seems a bit overpriced.

I was surprised that y'all didn't have any cuddly kittens, but that's alright, I heard what happened☺️ but, my top most favorite part was the BEAUTIFUL ARACHNOIDS!!! Good job on everything, exception on masks... 19 dollars, really? For some gator masks? Come on, please don't be silly😂

Loves this Petco. The captive animals look happy and the dry food always tastes fresh. However, the bathroom is grosser than any truck stop bathroom I've ever seen.

Didn't have 4 of the 5things I was looking for, not neat and tidy. Merchandise on the floor. My 1st time in the store, probably my last. I did get help and directed where to goto look for my needs. Staff was friendly. Later, after wondering, I did find one thing i was looking for, It was the last one on the shelf. In a different area in the store..not where I was directed.

I was in last week, and I suppose I'm in there a lot, because when I was purchasing cat litter, a gal who works there asked how my baby crested gecko was doing. I was shocked she remembered! I have only had him a few months.Over all the staff is nice, and the place is clean. The prices are too high in my opinion, but the pet supplies are pretty good quality.

Was in there tonight around 8:15pm and we were looking at the fish. We decided we were going to buy some . We looked for someone to help and no one around. We waited a bit and our kids looked for help. Finally at 8:35 we found someone to assist and she said they stop selling fish at 8:30 . We didn't see a sign stating that.

Several tanks had ick or some other type of illness. Bathrooms are a joke upsidedown signs trash on floor cdc covid signs everywere how to wash your hands but their sinks never even get remotely warm.
