I find the store always has empty shelves the male employees to be rude and un helpful. Staff is always bad mouthing company you can't sell products if items are setting in Stock room and the shelf is empty will go yo Riverton store from now on at least nthey are polite and professional instead of rude

Small store usually packed full. Employees are friendly and helpful. Parking lot sufficient for average days, and store does sell limited supplies of groceries. Bagged ice available, next to Redbox, and the store is handicap accessible. Limited amount of shopping carts, and restrooms only accessed with a key at the counter. Note: parking lot rarely cleaned.

I will usually always go to the one in Riverton before this Galena location. The staff here are almost always rude or too busy talking to each other to help you. The store is most of the time messy ;with merchandise on the floor or literally looking like it was just thrown on the shelf .Now I will say that they generally have a better selection than Riverton but the mess and staff in Galena are why I choose the other store

Their Customer Service was deplorable. They had 3 people working in the store, but only had one person running a register with a long line. When the other one decided she needed to open up the register she acted like she had better things to do. The woman that bagged my items had put all of the heavy bottles in one bag but did not double bag it. And as for my personal items, she almost did not put in a bag until I stood there looking at it for a bit.Sure hope the Dollar General that they are opening in Riverton, KS will be much better!

Great place to shop when you just need to get a couple things. The store is normally nice and everything is in its isle. They have a frozen food section when you don't really feel like cooking .

Very clean compared to baxter springs.....The line wasnt long at all....Cashier was very friendly even tho we used self check out...Store was easy to find things and there wasnt really things lien in the middle of the isles...Little lady was going through the store assuring there were no big disaster messes and pretty well doing quality check through whole store....Everyone was moving very quickly and efficiently

They need help stocking and clean up they need a powerful team of people to get this done ...they are so busy .. and not enuff help! and it's dollar store it should have great prices they have clover valley butter for 5.39 wow not good :(

Good place for quick pick up..only 1 thing we've left stuff there and had to drive all the way back and prove we paid for it....like I set out side and watch what people buy..then go claim what someone else paid for....right on.......not...

They never have the shelves stocked with what u need I went in there today for cat food litter and sugar, sugar finally was on shelf but no cat food or litter and it's been like that for some time and nobody knows nothing you'd think being the only store in galena service would be better and the shelves would be stocked with what u need, just sayin, sorry for the rant just aggravated

A lady lost her phone in the store and the 2 cashiers could have cared less. To defend one of them she was having trouble giving the correct change back to the customer.

The worst store ive been in everything is a mess caint find anything one person working register with lines real long they need to look at Baxter springs store and hire people that will work they need a manager that has more than a pretty smile

The manager is rude and the store is a mess and they closed at 9 maybe earlier one night when the sign said till 10pm writing on recipt tape that they were closed thats stupid
