I had an emergency with my dog and called ahead and brought him in. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Then another lady came from the back and she was very rude the entire time. She immediately started accusing me of giving my dog marijuana. She continued to make rude comments until the actual veterinarian that was treating our dog came out. The actual veterinarian was very helpful and polite. She listened to my girlfriend and I and had a good conversation about what was going on without interrupting us at all unlike the other lady. A little kindness goes a long way when you are concerned about your animal. Our dog means everything to us and the lady thought she could treat us like that since we are young. She should not be in that environment.

I am filled with immense gratitude for the incredible individuals at Town and Country Animal Hospital. Their unwavering patience with our elderly boxer/lab, who despised nail trims, was truly remarkable. In one of the most heart-wrenching moments, their boundless compassion and empathy supported my family as we bid our beloved pet farewell. Their kindness will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

My 4 year-old Aussie is an extremely anxious dog and all of the staff at Town & Country Animal Hospital has been incredibly kind and understanding! At our first appointment, Dr. Mary Sue didn't hesitate to sit on the floor with him until he came over to her without coaxing and started licking her face! It's such a relief to go somewhere that doesn't automatically muzzle my dog because they believe he'll be aggressive when he's anxious. We've now visited several times for his annual check-up and vaccinations as well as grooming, and I can safely say that I would feel comfortable boarding him there if need be. They even offered that I could bring him into the lobby to interact with the staff and socialize even if he doesn't have a formal appointment. Very pleased and would highly recommend!!

Dr. Micky & Mary Sue Painter are the best veterinarians I have taken my pets to! I have been using their services for over 2 years now. I have boarded my dogs here, bring my dogs here for routine checkups and vaccinations, and had one dog spayed here. I am always satisfied with their services and my dogs are always happy to come visit -they don’t get scared like they don’t like the place. Micky & Mary Sue are both caring and some of the kindest people around, as well as their staff. The facility is exceptionally clean and does not smell. I recommend Town & Country to anyone with pets!

This office is so clean and quiet compared to other vet offices; my pup and I always have a great experience when we go for her checkups. Recently Dr. Mary Sue Painter and staff worked hard to provide urgent care for my dog even though it was the day after a holiday and they were really busy. I've been very impressed with the customer service and quality of medical care provided by T&C.

Wow! Very impressed. We just moved here from another state. Everyone I met was very nice and explained vaccines and other things very thoroughly that our dog should have...but never pushed anything. Since we have to stay in our vehicle because of Covid...the staff comes out to the vehicle. Very professional, and caring. Dr. Micky Painter called me after he examined our dog and explained things very thoroughly also. I was very happy how our dog and I were treated and will definitely be going back. Thank you so much!

They are awesome. Super friendly and I know they care about my dog. She loves them and runs to get in the door when she goes and that makes me know they are great even when I've had to leave her with them for a day before. I even moved and drive her an hour and a half one way to keep her going to them.

My puppy dog has awful separation anxiety. I've tried everything to break him of it, but the people that work there understand and work hard to make sure he's okay. When he came from the shelter with heartworms, they cared for him and cured him of it. They help even with my own separation anxiety from my puppy dog and I couldn't be more grateful for the Town and Country team. They answer all my questions, help to their greatest extent and, ultimately have my pet's well-being as their priority.

Our 3 1/2 year old Golden became suddely lame about 2 weeks ago. The clinic was quick to get her in for an exam. The whole staff was so supportive and helpful with our girl until we found the right regime for her early onset arthritis. I can't say enough how much I appreciate both Dr. Mickey and Dr. Mary Sue.

Dr. Painter was great with our dog. He spoke with me frequently and kept me well informed about her condition. They even clipped her nails for free while she was there. They make you feel right at home and I definitely recommend them!

Brought one of our cats here for not holding food down and having issues with going to bathroom. The vet and the assistants were very friendly and honest with us. We are going to start bringing the rest of our animal family here. Cost wise it was alot better than I was expecting.....strongly recommend them here

We took our dogs to Dr Micky today for the first time. What a super experience! From the moment we called (because we were lost) to the end of our visit, we were treated like our dogs were the most important things to them. We have one dog with separation issues & she went willingly with Tech Christina to another room for nail trimming. Dr Micky got down on the floor with our older dog who didn't want to be on the exam table. I will highly recommend this clinic to all of our friends.

We have been taking our animals to Dr. Mickey and Dr. Mary Sue since they bought the practice. You could not ask for kinder or more compassionate vets. Not only to your animals but also to the humans. My dogs love going to the vets,the girls that work there are fantastic and our dogs are treated as if they were theirs. You couldn’t ask for a better animal hospital!

It's hard to imagine a better vet. Drs. Painter and the staff sincerely cared about our dogs and went out of their way to help them when they had health issues. We always felt the pricing was fair, if not a bit unfair to them considering the level of care we received.

My fur babies had never been boarded, and were scared. Since Co19 they came and took them from the car I couldn't even see were they would be kept. Then the lady was very condescending when I got upset.

Refused to see my sick puppy, told me to come back in 6 1/2 hours. Went to countryside got in before even opened. He started treatment within 20 minutes of walking in. (WAS NOT PARVO)

They are very nice here. They work with you and your animal to make sure the visit is seamless. They listen to you on your animals issues and mention things to try to work with it.
