I bought a 21 gallon Mcgraw air compressor [57259] from the Frontenac Kansas store, and a year later the machine quit working. I am not able to get parts for the machine anywhere. You should let your customers know that there is a SHORTAGE OF PARTS before buying any mechanical products.Anyone should know before buying an air compressor from harbor freight, "If it breaks down, you will not get any new parts to replace the old parts.If I could lave a zero star review for this product I would.$300 down the drain.The piston inside the machine wore the capsule cylinder was destroyed from the number 8 piston and the connecting rod was also destroyed.The O ring was faulty as well. Five parts total that I could not get replaced.

I had a good experience at this store in Frontenac, Kansas. Friendly folks with good prices. I walked in one evening in search of a vibrator plate to compact gravel and sand. They sold me a floor model and even discounted it for me. They went the extra mile and even helped me load it in the back of my pickup. Big shoutout to the hard working folks at Harbor Freight! Appreciate it!

Giving it 5 stars based on what it is. Are the tools cheap imports? Sure, some of them are. But I have yet to have one break on me. Is it good for regular uses by businesses? I wouldn't think so. But for a shade tree mechanic, hobbyist and DIYers? Absolutely. For the price on some of their tools, you could break and buy the same tool five times over and it would still be cheaper than snap-on, O reilly, etc.The service here is really good, the store is laid out simply and kept very clean. Restrooms inside are nice and clean as well.The Inside Track Club is worth it imo, I generally save three times as much as it costs.Keep in mind this is not a high end tool retailer. But for the small items that aren't that important (or safety devices), it is a great place to shop.

I enjoy coming here to get my tools, much better than other places in Pittsburg. The only thing i find to be annoying is the inability to use my phone. Its a complete deadzone in the store.

I like the new store. It's good to see someone finally do something with a property which sat empty for quite some time. When I went in there for the first time today I thought, wow it looks like a completely new building was built. It's close to twice the size of the one in Joplin and with the same great prices.

Very nice new Harbor freight store, more inclined to buy here than Joplin store as that store always has their Icon tools all locked onto the pegboards and this one doesn't. Nothing irks me quite like having to chase down someone to come unlock what you want to buy. Don't have to mess with that at Frontenac. Good store and people working there.

First time in a Harbor Freight Tools and went there as i needed some tools for my daily work, the service was great, the guy who helped to fin out a mini ratchet was really friendly. Found some great deals, will go back again once in Pittsburg area.

Had an awesome experience! Very happy this store has opened locally to me! The staff was friendly and helpful. The product selection is great in variety and quality, and it was fun to walk around and check things out. Definitely recommend checking out, especially to price compare with area competitors! Will be back!

New Harbor Freight store with all the tools you'd expect to find. The store is clean, bright and well stocked. Interactions with the staff was easy, they seemed to know the store and the products. If you haven't already, sign up for their email circular with all the current bargains.Plenty of free parking with handicap access inside and out.

The employees were excellent to deal with. However when you have zero cell service to check on the coupons available. The store needs wifi to help the lack of signal getting through the metal roof.

My husband and I enjoy going to Harbor Freight we enjoy looking at the different tools that they have and the sales that they have at different times. The prices are not too bad either.

I bought some batteries 🔋 for 11 cents a piece, how can you go wrong 🤔 they last about as long as ever ready batteries. Pair of leather gloves for 5 bucks 🦌 that are tougher than I thought they would be. And a magnetic swivel light that is very bright 🌞

I called this store and asked someone to verify they had a certain motor that showed IN STOCK on their website. They “verified” that they “DID have it” and they “put my name on it”. I drove 2 hours to go pick it up, after standing there for 20min while they “searched the entire store” I was told that it had apparently vanished…..? Here I was trying to do it the right way by calling ahead before driving 2hrs to make a 1000$ purchase and all I’m left with is a “sorry”…. Thanks a lot.
