Because someone put millet in the chicken meal bin, I have been setting here 36 hours and no detention pay...I have been patient and calm and it doesn't help. I know for a fact they have an empty trailer to off load into, but they won't.

Night Crew is amazing 👏🏾 got here a day earlier check in at 6:45pm out at 10pm. Everyone was very helpful from the lady at the scale to Mike in the office he is a cool guy to talk with.

If I could give zero stars, I would gladly give them the zero, because they make you think that they’re doing orders on a first come first serve, but they will make you wait for 7+hrs and they will work for others that came after you, so you’ll be forgotten at the dock forever, which I feel it's racism.All these other drivers who are giving 5 or 4 stars are mostly likely mega carriers or their drivers or maybe their buddies who knows what?

Arrived 12hr early at 7pm for my pu appt and got loaded. Overnight parking is allowed. U have to scale empty & loaded to check in and get BOLs after you get the green light.Go all the way to the stop sign on McKay then turn right, swing wide. Keep going until you see the sign saying truck entrance. Once you buzz in, hook a right to the scale house. You need the scale ticket to check in.Speaking the friendly guy at the shipping office, he told me he’s loaded people 3 days early if they have the product and it’s been signed off on. But if they don’t have they don’t have the product or it hasn’t been signed off on just be patient. The scale house guy was friendly as well. I would pick up here again.

Note: The entrance on 210th St is closed. Trucks MUST use the entrance on McKay St.On McKay St, customer is the last building on the RHS, turn right to first entrance. Go around to rear of building and thru trailer lot onto the gravel lot to the scale building. Pull onto scale, get your ticket, then check in at shipping (they will not allow you to check in without a scale ticket). After being loaded, go back to scales and weigh (use the same ticket from before.) Then go to shipping for bills. Was loaded quickly and a couple of hours ahead of appointment time. Overnight parking available. Restroom in shipping office. NOTE: scales do not give axle weights.

Truck driver here, I delivered on a Saturday so guess I was lucky 'cause I was the only truck haha. You must scale first, once you arrive you need to stop by the one way scale, get out of your truck and bring your paperwork upstairs from the scale. Once that's done you need to go to the recieving office which is left around the corner from the scale entrance. They'll let you know which loading dock. Very fast, professional people, in and out pretty fast.

If I could give zero stars I would. Been in a door for 2 hours waiting to get unloaded. Scale house crew has absolutely zero idea what they are doing. Horrible.

Great experience here.Checked in at 12:30pm for a 1pm pick up appointment. Loaded, scaled and paperwork on hand by 1:30pm.

Arrived 5hrs early for pickup. Got a door immediately and was loaded in about 40mins. I see other reviews saying to get on scale to check in but I didn't do that. I drove around the back where the scale is and checked in and was given a door from there. I only got on the scale to weigh my load after loaded. There is a staging area but not sure about overnight parking, other drivers here in the comments are saying it is allowed. I would definitely return.

Very nice people when you get to the entrance press the speaker button to talk with security. Go to the scale house and be sure to get a ticket THEN head to the shipping office

The best place ever to get loaded nice ppl from the scale to the shipping office , the guybat the office was extremely nice thank you man , got loaded in 30 minutes, they have overnight parking and they are 24h.Thank you guys for making it easy for truckers.

Straight up Awesome.You have to weigh when you enter the property. The scales are to your Right, can't miss the 2 bay aluminum building. Either one works. Pull in, get out, get your scale ticket.The shipping office is to your left exiting the scales. Park. Walk in with the scale ticket.Have ONE 1 STRAP/Load Bar in the back. They will apply it.Once loaded. Go back to the scales, get the weight. Return to the office.Done.5 hours ahead of the schedule. 40 min loading. The scaling didn't take long even with 2 trucks in front of me.

Decent place. Pulling a hopper in to unload can take some time as they don't schedule correctly. Drop and hook hopper almost worse. 3 dropped trailers and still have to wait on a empty that was dropped the week before.

This place has 1 scale and their check in process takes 10-15 minutes per truck!!! I waited in line 1 hour to scale in. 1.5 hours to unload fat, now I have 4 trucks ahead of me at the scale. This is fling ridiculous!!! FIGURE OUT A BETTER PROCESS! Your competitors do it. What's your problem?

Full TL dry van delivery.I have delivered here several times even with appointments with early arrivals.It does not matter if you have an appointment because everyone must scale in/out over one scale.Most of the times there are several trucks staged or waiting in line to scale in.My average time here to wait to reach the scale is and hour or hour and half. Once on the scale, check in can take 30 minutes (I have waited 45). Unloading takes 20-45 minutes (not bad). But then back around to the line to scale out & wait!My average overall arrive/depart time ranges 2.5-4 hours.The one Porta John is a real treat should you need it, for it never look cleaned!The personnel here have always been professional & courteous.

Got there at 9:15 am, checked in at the shipping office given a dock backed in and was done 45 minutes later! Shipping guy was friendly and prompt with paperwork! Nice to load somewhere that has their act together! 5 stars all around!

My Experience was Pretty Decent. In and out. They are 24hrs. I had a Drop and Hook. A little on the Heavy side so scale your load before you leave for your destination. Cool staff.

Checking in here if it’s your first time there is a pain! Scale first then walk up to weigh master then pull around to receiving then lastly I had to go to there other warehouse to deliver load 10 additional miles away

Large facilities. Truck entrance last entrance on side street. Lots of site work going on. Poor non existence of signs as to where scale in and testing of product is on site. Friendly people work here.

Fast loading. Had to pick up @ 1 pm came by 7 :30 am . Left in 40 minutes. Great experience 👍
