This place had good prices for fuel, coffee, and a cinnamon roll (which was delicious). Friendly staff, friendly customers, clean store and clean restrooms. I did not mean to end up in Fort Scott but I took the wrong road and I am glad I stopped here.

Cashier was not friendly at all. Walked in after work to get a cup of ice and something sweet. When I got to the register she tried to charge me double for my cup. I don't even thing a cup full of soda is over $2.00... then wouldn't let me put in my rewards number. 😕 guess I am going back to Casey's where I know they care about customer service.

The woman behind the food counter clearly hates her job. She seems to be inconvenienced every time I go in and get chicken. Never a smile, she always has a mean look on her face. Just be careful if you want chicken out of thecase, the daggers in her eyes will cut right through your soul. 4 months later, she's still there, still hating her job, her life and anyone who wants to buy chicken...

I used to fuel my tractor-trailer here five times a week. I would get about 85-100 gallons a night. Doing this put me in diamond status using my kickback card. After stopping at Pete's in Iola, I realized they owed me points- a lot of them. From thee weeks ago.I called Kick Back, but I am not expecting the points I am owed.I doubt I am the only victim of this profit-saving scam endorsed by Pete's top management.My business alone gave them a minimum of $8,500/month. Not counting store purchases. There's something wrong with your business model when you knowingly rip-off your customers.From now on, I am giving my fuel and store business to anywhere that is NOT PETE'S!

Has potential to be great but the attitude from some of the cashiers could improve. I understand customer service can be frustrating but you need to learn to smile wave and make each persons day, because that one bad situation can be the end of your whole career if not business

My daughter works there she's pregnant she works back in the deli they're telling her she has to quit before she has her baby that's the rules that's not with the federal law offices the cost of federal law back in 1993 and tell her she has to reapply for a job they cannot hold her job for her what's that's a lie so now they're harassing her they're trying to get her to quit because they don't want to take maternity leave so if they can get her to quit their there they're out of the clear I don't know what kind of company this is but I think it's a bunch of bull how they treat her I think there be a lot of women out there mad about this situation that she's been put in she's been told three different times but they what she's had to do the first time was she had to put in a two weeks notice before her due date the second time was that they would have to terminate her before she had her baby now just the other day Laura told her that she'd have to quit before her due date I reapply for a job and she wouldn't promise her job back well I guess they don't know what the law is because everything they're telling her is a lie I don't understand the corporation's anymore but they're doing everything in their power right at the moment to make her mad to make her uncomfortable in her job to get her to quit it's unreal but some people will go to to take away something that you're entitled to that is the law so they got her so stressed out right now hopefully she don't have no complications I just hope this all works out the right way and I hope that they do the right thing but so far it don't look like that's going to happen
