I had a coolant line on my semi that blew a couple of miles near town where this store is located. I had hose to fix it but not enough coolant. The Fort Scott O'Reilly's was good enough to send me the coolant that I needed. Thank you to Denton and Paul for helping me get my coolant!

They are helpful if you need help finding car parts or them checking out things for you. However their pricing for certain items you can get cheaper at other stores so I'd be mindful of that. Overall the store is pretty decent has great customer service and is pretty clean and they have a great big parking lot

Rude very rude employees. I wouldnt ever go back to this location. I will drive 28 miles to next store before i ever set foot in this store again. JUST TRUE TO FORTSCOTT KANSAS, THE MOST HATFUL TOWN IN AMERICA, LITERALLY.

Boosted reviews from public figures in town, this is by far the worst auto parts shop I have ever been to. 90% of visits consist of getting the wrong part, having to return it, and the staff simply don’t give a darn about their jobs. Check out Lockwood auto or K&K auto instead

Auto parts store easy to walk in and ask for help with whatever you need if they don't have it they will help you find it. Even help you change out the headlight, or battery after testing it to tell you if it is good or not.

The guy's in here could use classes on customer service with courtesy. Normally your already having a bad day when you have to go there, they don't need to add to it. I will try to find a replacement for them. O'Reilly would give this store a -D.

My experiences with Oreillys is i have bought a alternator back 2wks ago the first one was broke in box 2nd one worked for 2wks and ran text it was no good know have number 3. Yes it is under warrenty it doesnt pay for the labor and time putting in and taking out 3 trips to the shop.

We just need one peace of a Seatbelt but We had to buy the hole thing and it was a Lap Seat Belt an all we needed was the buck part I thank it would be nice to be able to buy the part that you need not the hole thing like I had to just for one piece
