Worst experience ever! Grosgrain was very low quality and not what was described! Wanted to return, would not reimburse me for my shipping when ordering it which was 4.99$ and after many calls and e-mails, informed me that they would provide me with a one time offer of return shipping for 9.99$ which would be deducted from my refund!!!So, a loss of 15$ is definitely not worth it!Use Amazon, they, hair bow center apparently sells through them and you would get your full amount Bach’.Very disappointed and I would stay away from ordering directly from them! I made a big mistake and now I’m out over 100+Shame
