Excellent service! Very clean! Fantastic food at a decent price! Got the French onion burger. Wow! Wendy's, McDs, Burger King ain't got nothing on this place! Can't go wrong with a root beer float! I will hit every A&W I ever come across, already craving that burger again! It was so good I felt a review was needed. 5 stars from me!

My food was made quickly! And looked just like the picture! Thank you guys for being friendly and exciting for my stop! I still have a long road ahead of me and times like these are greatly appreciated! Thank you for the Papa Burger! It was great!

We had the sriracha cheese curds and they were so good our 9,11,4 yr old grandkids just loved them my hubby and I only got like three or four out of the large we also had the mushroom Swiss burgers and it's now my favorite the kids asked if we could buy some more of the cheese curds for them I guess we're going to make another trip to a&w on way to Holton this weekend

We’ve eaten here a few times and I’m not sure where these bad reviews are coming from yes they were slow when they very first opened because they were so busy! Like line through the gas station and out the door busy, but the food was still great. They have the best onion rings Ive ever had from a fast food place, we’ve tried most the sides but fries, cheese curds, & onion rings have to be our fav, all the food was fresh and good, and very friendly staff! We are lucky to have an A&W close to home, we enjoy coming here, and will be back!

Took my Mom and Wife there to get food to go. Went inside as it was snowing, waited no more than 10 minutes for our food and were on our way. As we got out to the car I heard my name and it was the gentleman that had gave our food to us. He had forgotten to put a bag of onion rings in our order bag and brought it out to our car in a snow storm. Great service!

The only good thing about our experience was the root beer. It took forever to get our food, and when we got it, our order was wrong... The "grilled" chicken tenders are most definitely NOT grilled and were so bland. I was excited to try this place and was only disappointed.

I have went twice within the first 2 months of opening. Both good experiences. The wait was long the first time as it was supper time and it was very busy. Being new the staff were still learning to be efficient but it was worth the wait.

my son and his girlfriends elderly mother and uncle ate there on day one for the mothers birthday. my son made a complaint that the bacon was raw, girlfriend did not have any bacon on her sandwhich at all, there were nice and just asked to get cooked bacon but was not needed to replace the cheesburger part, my son said he understood first day openings happen but the manager said nothing at all and fixed the order next day they go to get root beer floats the manager pulled my son to the side and said he was banned for being rude the night before and called him a sheep for wearing a mask in there. his family has immune defeicies and has to wear masks out in public, all three were disabled persons physically , now they have the right not to serve anyone they no want to, but that does give any body to abuse people and accuse them of being rude just cause they asked to have the bacon cooked , there was no loud talking and no disturbance caused. there was also another group of family mambers sitting right behind them with in hearing distance and they did not see anything wrong. that manager made all of them cry because the nasty accusation made by the manager. my son had been promoting this place cause he loves to eat at AW in kc and other places, now none of us will ever go there again and neither will any of our friend. no one wants to be abused by a male karen. i would think it is against the law to put raw bacon for people to eat. making a complaint is not being rude and be banned. who wants to be treated like that , maybe the health dept should inspect this place , perhaps the owner should have his bussiness looked at , this no way to run a place in a small town, we like local resturants , i dont think AW will fit here acting like this. dicriminating against people wearing a mask is not right, that is abuse.

Drove here because hours say open on Sunday’s. Made the 35 minute drive only to find out they are closed on sundays. Poor communication.
