I called four companies for quotes, but Joe from Westerhouse was the only salesperson who thought outside the box with a system no one else proposed. I accepted the proposal on Thursday and our complete system was fully replaced on Monday. The guys were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. For the first time since we’ve owned our home our system is maintaining the set temperature perfectly. I’d recommend this company to everyone! My air conditioner quit on a Friday night. Not expecting any response until Monday morning, I went to the website and filled out the text us box. I was very surprised to hear from one of the owners the next morning who sent someone over to check out my unit. Sadly it could not be fixed but I had estimates for a replacement all before 10am on a Saturday. The responsiveness, professionalism and care they have for their customers is unmatched. Aaron and the crew helped me pick and size my geothermal unit during the new house build. They installed the mechanical system professionally. Like all new builds, issues did happen. The air distribution was off for the office, and thermostats were not picking up correct humidity levels.One phone call away, they showed up in 2 days and fixed the issue and replaced/upgraded the thermostats.Here is my verdict: had I known them before AB May, I would have hired them right there. Their attention to details and customer services are second to none in this area. You are in good hands.

One Tech came out and pressured me to spend either 4k for one repair option or $6650 for a whole new AC. I got a second opinion with Westerhouse. It ended up being a small maintenance issue that was rather easily resolved. Total cost less than $230. This is a great company! The entire process from getting a quote through installation was great. Everyone, David Westerhouse, the installation technicians and office personnel were professional, friendly and answered my questions. It was extremely hot on the day of the installation and getting the equipment into my basement was not an easy task. The technicians were efficient, friendly and explained what they were doing and kept me informed throughout. The cost was very reasonable for both the AC and furnace. I called at about 4 pm on a hot day for service on a central AC unit that wasn't cooling.I was offered after hours service which I declined due to good shade and a cool evening forecast.Next day I received a text when the tech was en route, another with description of the issue and the proposed fix.I was happy with the fast response and reasonable price. Replaced entire HVAC system. Initially it malfunctioned and required numerous service visits eventually requiring a new control board. It was going to take 5-6 weeks to get one. They didn't want me to wait any longer, so they replaced the whole outside unit. The guys were persistent in trying to resolve this, even working after hours. They really stayed on top of these issues and were very focused on our satisfaction taking full responsibility. Even though we at first got a "lemon" from the factory, Westerhouse made it good and I would highly recommend them.
