Sophie had attitude while taking our order. Then came out to the car because she missed a drink and didn’t remember what it was due to her rushing us while taking the order by saying “what else” rudely. When we got the food there wasn’t a fork nor any dipping sauce that we asked for. We also got an ultimate meat and cheese burrito, it was nothing but egg and a little bit of sausage with no cheese sauce on it. We also got cheese tots and the cheese was old, cold and hard to where you couldn’t even eat it.

I use the sonic app all the time in Lawrence and in johnson county. Works great. I place the order ahead of time and it's ready for me when I get there. In and out. It's great. @ the eudora sonic I've been waiting for 15 minutes and im still wsiting

As an employee of a different sonic I can say this is the worst one I have ever seen. It is dirty, the customer service doesn’t exist, the wait times are 5+ minutes for a drink even if you’re the only one in the parking lot. unhygienic employees. The food is never what you ordered. The list goes on. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to eat

There were two cars here when we got here, placed an online order, and watched as many other cars arrived and received their food. After 15 minutes, pressed the button and the manager said they’re working on our order….more food being delivered to other cars in the mean time. Took them 22 minutes for 2 breakfast burritos and a drink. Terrible!

It was a very good experience. I ordered my food and although it was about lunch time, it came in less than 5 minutes. I was extremely pleased. The carhop was very pleasant. She was wearing a mask, properly. She was very courteous and seemed genuinely happy to be serving my order. Everything on my order was right. I did not have wait for any correction. The food was hot when I got it. Overall it was a very good meal and interaction.

I ordered one single item from this restaurant, a Junior burger plain. I received a Junior burger with pickles mustard and catch up, they couldn't complete an order with one item on it correctly. When I called back and talk to Michelle she offered to remake it for me if I wanted to drive all the way back in town, that's it if I said they were pitiful it would be a comment. America is doomed there's no one smart enough to even work fast food anymore

This place is horrible! Ordered two drinks during happy hour. Over 15 minutes after ordering still no drinks. Went up to window to see what was going on and all staff were sitting there eating! No one was serving cars. After one of them out food down to ask what we ordered, the drinks were brought out a few minutes later. Won’t be going back to this Sonics.Tip: It appears that shift change is at 4:00 so don’t go close to 4:00 or your order is somehow lost.

So sick of coming to sonic because everytime I do they get something wrong or can’t make properly. A couple weeks ago they broke my cup trying to make my sonic blast and then today can’t even make 2 steak burgers properly literally put maybe 1-2 onions on it and called it good that’s ridiculous not paying $6 for that. Kris remade them but wasn’t very nice about it sounded like it was an inconvenience and had to wait for them to remake them for about 5-10 minutes.

I'm in Eudora Kansas and I guess I didn't know that the same specials are not in your door that are in Lawrence and Lawrence it says all drinks after 8 p.m. half price all . what they meant was only the ice cream drinks slushes and such I had a chili dog it took almost I don't know it seem like forever 5 or 10 minutes to get probably 5 minutes to order not usual for Sonic they were busy but I think they were just short-staffed I only saw two Waiter. It seems like forever to get the food I'm sure it wasn't I just had to go pick up my son and stopped in thinking it wouldn't take long but most of it was the weight quarter I thought they might have been a little better prepared lots of people in the kitchen it was just a longer wait than I thought should be usual

Generally this place is good, the 4 stars is for the occasional extremely long wait, and the one time they never acknowledged my presence at all and I was obliged to drive away and go somewhere else. Otherwise, my orders have been correct, they train their help to be polite and helpful as you can expect from such young staff, and the Sonic app makes it all better

I do not recommend the grilled chicken sandwich. It was bland, clammy feeling, and just unappetizing. The people that take the order need to not talk over the person doing the ordering. They cannot possibly get an order right if they are not willing to listen to the customer. The carhop was friendly, following covid guidelines, and quick to apologize for the mix up on the order but left itvup to us to call back in a reorder the things that were missing. We did not place another order.

Quick and easy food. Always fast and cheerful service. Soda flavor is sometimes a little off but that's a common problem with any place with fountain drinks. Ordering ahead through the app is frequently unavailable at this location.

I came here to get a burger. I meal order. I went through the drive through as I thought it would be faster. The girl that came out to charge me for my order was about to charge me for the wrong order, there wasn't anyone else in line so idk where she got that order from. I repeatedly order to her and she went back inside. I waited for about 5 min before someone else came out to charge me. A few minutes later the same person came and asked me to remind her what I had ordered to drink. I saw people who got to the car hop way after I did, and they got their orders before I did. All in all I waited about 15 to 20 min. Which honestly isnt bad, but I was in a hurry and no one bothered to come outside to let me know why they were taking so long to make a cheeseburger and fries.

My 4 star went down to 3. Our popcorn chicken was delicious and very hot! My drink was awsome made perfect! Our carhop was not very friendly! She was kinda rude. Like it was inconvenient for her to bring our food. She stood at the door with my drink talking and wouldn't bring it out.

One of the slowest fast food restaurants I have ever been to. It consistently takes over 10 mins to get food, even when it's slow. I went for lunch today and there were 3 cars there... it took 18 minutes to receive my food. I ordered a large drink with easy ice, and I've never seen more ice in a sonic drink. I could barely get my straw to the bottom of the cup. 3 slurps and the drink was empty with a cup full to the brim with ice. Very frustrated with this trip in particular, but consistently this is one of slowest fast food restaurants I've ever been to

Quick service and friendly staff, the speakers in the menu booths seriously needs upgrading, feedback from the mic can be heard on all we've used so far, it just sounds awful and distorted when trying to order.Food is tasty, and the slushes are great too, I come with friends to get slushes and corndogs mostly.
