Makes you feel as though you are putting him out for calling for care for your cat that was attacked by 2 dogs on Friday at 6:30 pm. Very quick exam of cat saying it's just "puncture wounds" and there is "no internal injury" from his squeezing around, asking if we hear the air and cleaning our cat with peroxide. I call again Sunday morning at 8:30 and then at 10:30 & again 30 minutes later when he did not return my call. He they REALLY made me feel like I was putting him out & said that I needed to wake the cat up to see if it could stand on it's own or I'd just be calling him again later! And wanted to make sure that I knew I'd be paying the emergency fee plus an exam fee again, as well as for bloodwork so would be $300 just right off the bat to bring him back in . I was asking to bring him back in for fluids. We were dismissed and told to give him Pedialite and bring him in Monday. Our cat died Sunday afternoon at Blue Pearl around 3:45. Had you told us Friday that we should get him to a clinic where they are equipped to handle an emergency and the fact that you can not diagnose if there are internal injuries without sugery, our cat may have had a chance.

My kitty needed care due to a hyperthyroid issue. I walked out with questions unanswered due to being scared to ask them. I felt judged because my cat was in bad condition when they asked me if I knew he was in bad shape. Obviously I know that he's in bad condition, that's why I'm here dropping $200+ dollars on him to figure out what is wrong.If you are looking to save money but CARE for your animal, don't waste your time here. I will definitely be spending slightly more money at a better ran establishment.The second star goes to the receptionist and to the medication to help my kitty. I'll do the research on my own about this condition, thanks for the meds though doc! If the receptionist ran the place, it might be a more inviting environment.

I love Dr. Haggard! He is very easy to speak to and answers all my questions thoroughly! He is a wonderful vet and has provided the best care to my horse Spirit! He is prompt for his appointments and is reasonably priced! I highly recommend him to everyone for their pet's needs!

I’m a truck driver. I called these people since my dog started throwing up and may have a possible obstruction. One told me xrays would be a couple hours another said they couldn’t do them since the doctor wouldn’t be in. Didn’t seem to really want to deal with after hours.
