Terrible customer service. Accidentally ordered a burger with no bun, cheese meat or anything on the app (basically paid for a burger and took every ingredient off instead of adding it on. Easy mistake. I called the store once I received my order to get a replacement cheeseburger (I got a patty in a box) and they couldn't even get me a replacement. Pretty poor service, who would order and pay for a cheese burger then not get one. Yes I messed up but I did pay for the burger, bit they wouldn't give me one.

For starters, our gravy was basically the consistency of water, and cold. The fries were cold. She didn't bother flipping our blizzard upside down, and for good reason it was melting when she gave it to us. We went through the drive thru about 30 minutes ago.

Had the chicken strips, meal was barely warm. Staff was snotty kids who gave me two packets of ketchup for two people, one each. The guy wearing gloves handling the money also handles the front in the drive thru. It's like they have no idea about safe food handling during covid 19. Don't go here, read the rest of the bad reviews.

Ordered via the mobile app and upgraded to cheese curds for my meal. They had messed up the order so I drove back after getting home. Mistakes happen- totally get it. I explained that I had upgraded to cheese curds and asked if they could fix it. I brought the incorrect meal back with me and asked if they could remake it since it’d be 20 minutes and it was cold. The cook then had an attitude about remaking the meal. YOU are the one that messed up.. it’s completely reasonable to request to have the food remade. I never once complained about having to drive back to get what was originally ordered- I just wanted warm food and what I ordered and paid for- the attitude was completely unnecessary and unwarranted. Ever since new owners took over- this place hasn’t been the same.

Friendly staff, especially with our dog Bentley. It so wonderful that Dairy Queen count our 4 legs family members as their family too. Bentley loves their ice cream and kind service to all dogs!

I always get the kids a Dairy Queen cake in Eudora for their birthday celebrations. There have been many times over the years I have called at the last minute & needed a cake, and I had to do that again today. A manager assisted me on the phone & patiently listed the many options available to customize the cake. This was the first time I knew they could add a little kit with 3D figures for only $5. Each kit has 1-4 figures to top the cake with, depending on the theme (most of them are popular characters or video games). I already had balloon numbers for the age, so I opted to get a blank cake, and asked them to write Happy Birthday (kids name). As always, the personalization of the cake is at no additional cost, & always looks great. Additionally, they have never misspelled a name, and one of my children has an unusual spelling. All of their frozen ice cream cakes have a top layer of vanilla & a bottom layer of chocolate, so I don't have to choose & it pleases everyone. There is a crunchy chocolatey candy layer in between the 2 flavors of ice cream that is amazing!! It is always a great experience for us and I always appreciate how helpful Dairy Queen is in helping me choose the perfect size & decorations. Thanks Dairy Queen for helping make birthdays easy!!

Horrible experience. First, cook was on phone texting, then few seconds later i see here with handful of bacon going on my sandwich, no gloves. Talk about spreading germs!! I complained to manager. He offered to go and make the burger himself. I get home and see that my burger was microwaved so long, the cheese hardened on side of carton. This place has gone severely downhill getting worse and worse. Save your time and bypass stopping here.

Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes for food I couldn't eat because my lunch break was almost over. Don't go here unless you have a good hour to waste waiting on food- and that's assuming there's no one else in the lobby or Drive through like when I went. Also be prepared for their food to be colder than their ice cream.

Today I worked a double shift, came to DQ for a few of my favorite things. I will never come back to DQ in Eudora and it made me leary to go to any restaurants in Eudora, the staff does not wear gloves I watched him put my pretzels in the box and yell out because it burned him. I am in the nursing field I wear gloves for everything they could do the same, since they don't I can no longer be a customer. Everyone makes mistakes but everything going on in the world today no gloves is not a mistake but just careless. This place needs new management and for everyone in there to be fired and start over with a new crew.

Food was great, however the young lady Audrey who took our order was awful! Extremely rude and didn't bring all of our stuff out to us either. Sadly she was training someone also. Hopefully the new hire doesn't learn from her on how to treat customers especially when they spend over $50. Please get Audrey some more customer service training!!!!

4th time coming to this location in a 2 month time frame. The first time was later at night and the family (3 people) wanted blizzards. None were right… at all. Especially the filled cheesecake one. It was all mixed up and tasted awful. Didn’t bother to tip any of ours over and I’m sure it’s because even the workers knew they were runny and not at all thick. Three times in a row I’ve ordered the same thing. 6 piece tender box with extra ranch and extra toast with large fries. Every time same exact order. Every time was different. First one I was shocked by the two cups of gravy but I guess it comes with the box? Meal was good, the tenders on all 3 occasions were very good. Fries were soggy however. 2nd visit same order and got a small tiny side of fries, again soggy fries. This time forgot the extra ranch and gave gravy after asking for it. Found out my daughter loves the gravy so the 3rd visit I went. same order. Was missing gravy, missing my extra toast, soggy fries. But I guess at least they gave me and extra ranch..

While I don't consider DQ fast as fast food goes, this store exceeded the slow concept by far, especially as all we ordered was medium cones. After a several minute we got one, then another wait. The second was substantially smaller and looked like it'd been setting on the counter all the time. Definitely won't visit this store again.

Update: it's sad that the mini blizzard now costs as much as the small size a year or so ago, and seems smaller. Won't be visiting DQ much if at all anymore, sadly.Not the same since the last manager left. Staff isn't as cheerful. Food is still good. My blizzard wasn't mixed up well.

I've never been to a fast food place with less sense of urgency than the staff working here. They were not overly busy. There were maybe 4 orders in front of us. When I peaked in the kitchen there was one girl and it appeared she was making one order at a time. (You could have dropped fries, etc. while you made a burger.) The man that rang us up kept going and sitting down to talk to his buddy in the lobby. He finally decided to go help the girl in the kitchen when another worker arrived. I didn't see anyone that looked like management. It took over 20 minutes to get our food! We have a 3 hour drive ahead of us. I hated wasting that time. We could have went to a sit in restaurant! The only reason I gave it 2 stars was the food was decent once we got it. I debated not giving a star for that though because the man was not wearing gloves in the kitchen. I only hope me was just dropping fries and things that didn't require them. Big frustration to an otherwise great day.

We has superb wait service. Food was excellent. Had flat bread with lobster and cheese, shrimp stuffed mushrooms , Seared Scallops, Risotto, seared Asparagus. The Lobster Bisque excellent. The pork chop great and steak salad great. Enjoyed mini desserts.

This place is doomed to fail soon if they don't get competent management and invest in some renovations.The drive through is incredibly slow, the speaker doesn't work very well, the menu is old school, no digital display like other fast food places. The window where food is served is dirty and completely covered in fingerprints. I've watched it get worse everytime I go. The side walks are growing weeds and are never sprayed. The bathroom is dirty. Lastly, the help consists of incompetent high school kids who forgot to give us napkins and a fork.

I was ordering for my high school students as we were here for a tournament. We had tried to use the app, it wouldn't work, so I went to the store to order. What a disaster! Food was incorrect, sauces were absent, ordered a shake we never got but got blizzards of various flavors, only 2 were what we ordered! The employees were helpful but overwhelmed. Need to listen to what is being ordered! (Btw, this was an order for 4 people, not a bus load, I hate to think what that would have produced.)

I didn't really want a MILK shake, it was like sweet milk it was so runny thin!. It's not just a this was a bad visit thing for me because I had this problem a few years ago, again a couple years ago and this visit wasn't any better. However, this is the only DQ that seems to struggle with the consistency of their shakes. They were also out of chocolate Ice cream. Which is a super bummer for me! Anyway, I know another DQ is can get my shakes at, so I will stick to the cones at this one!

They charge you full fountain drink price for ice water, even when you purchase food. $3.14 for a large ice water when it's 96 degrees outside? A little excessive! Will not be returning after 30 years of being a steady customer!

Order Id AABSNKCSAGCX , ordered Bacon Cheese Burger Combo wit a coke and a med Chocolate shake. After a 25 minute wait with 5 cars in front . First off no cheese or bacon on burger. got shake but no drink, I forgot about that after such a long wait in line. If I could of pulled through I would have left. For what I had to pay and didn't get it , highly unlikely that I will ever go to DQ again because I had several similar visits in the past with that DQ. If I want a shake I will just go to a different slow food restaurant . I didn't go to DQ for over 4 years because of the same problems with orders and it still didn't seem to change. I AM PRETTY SURE YOU LOST ME AND MY FAMILYS BUSSINESS IN THE FUTURE AT DQ. I am sure this is meaningless to a big franchise to loose 1 customer.

Crazy slow drive through. French fries far from hot. They charge $.25 for onions and I got two small pieces of an onion. $.15 to add lettuce to your burger and that was pretty chintzy on that

Stopped by while driving driving through. I was surprised by the cost of a meal. It was less expensive than what is purchased in KC area. Service was pleasant and quick.
