I normally do not post negative reviews as I believe in talking respectfully to people directly. Unfortunately talking to this manager would be pointless. She is rude, disorganized, and forces her political opinions on others. This is completely unprofessional and inappropriate!If I could give zero stars I would.In addition to the manager, this “brand new” store is badly run. They are always out of items Casey’s is known for; and the people working the register are more interested in checking their phones AT the counter than helping people. Don’t bother trying to use a gas discount either, the cashiers apparently don’t know how to put them in. This has happened 3 times in one month.The ONLY reason to go to this Casey’s is they have the E85 for the flex fuel engines.I have reported all this to corporate. Hopefully it will change soon!

Lukewarm customer service. Items in the drink cooler are frequently out of stock. Two of the gas pumps are painfully slow. Worst of all, the pizza is expensive, yet mediocre. It's greasy to the point that it often soaks the box, and the cooks are sloppy; I'm a vegetarian yet I've found stray crumbles of bacon on my pizza several times. On other occasions I've received an entirely wrong pizza. Tonight was the last straw; I hardly ever eat Casey's pizza anymore, but today I decided to cash in the box tops that had been sitting in my kitchen drawer for months, and even then only because Casey's is a block away from my house and I didn't want to cook. I placed my order online and received a phone call a short while later saying they had run out of certain toppings for my pizza. I reluctantly agreed to change my order. Half an hour later I arrived at Casey's to pick up my order, only to be told that they hadn't even started making it yet. I cancelled my order on the spot, and I'm never going back. I ordered Domino's instead; it's well worth the drive to Lawrence.

If there is a place to review the new Casey’s I will put another one there as well. It’s ridiculous to charge for air, it’s extra ridiculous to charge 1.35!!!!! And on top of that you can only use a card. So the coins I had but no card did me no good even then. Fantastic. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Went to cash in my pizza coupons today only to be forced to download the rewards app (I’m from Lawrence and they’ll gladly take the coupons from previous PURCHASED pizzas) employee was very rude and I was in the store 30 minutes trying to download app so I could leave with my pizza when I told the cook over the phone I would be paying with coupons in advance!!!! I am extremely unsatisfied with Customer Service and will never visit this location again!!! I would honestly drive an hour out of my way before visiting this location again. Don’t need a power struggle with the inbred hillbilly employees this store seems to keep stocked.

The smell of this store turned my stomach - from the kitchen and perhaps previous decade of cigarette smoke lingering. Everything was always dirty. How anyone can even consider buying 'prepared-to-order' food there is beyond me. Sparse parking in an already-cramped lot. If you have to wait in line for fuel pump - you might as well just move along down to the other convenience store or the next town instead. The ONLY reason I'm adding a second star to this review is because the employees were always nice-enough! Note: This review comes somewhat late, as I live in the same town, but, stopped bothering to try to give them my business many years ago. I hope they've improved since then, and, I'm glad to hear the town is building a new store for them!

disgusting i got a slice of bacon breakfast pizza, on my way to Lawrence . When i took a bite there was a long hair baked into the pizza. Threw it out, does your staff not wear hair nets. !???

Ordered two pizzas said it would take 45 mins which was fine only they burnt one of them and the two cooks were cursing and one was being argumentative. Afraid to ask how long it would take to remake. Took an extra 30 min of me waiting to finally get my pizzas which one was now cold. No sorry or discount. I do not appreciate business like this I won't stop going to caseys but this location I will never buy pizza from again.

Would not recommend. I love Casey's pizza however won't buy from the Eudora location because of the way they maintain their kitchen and food in the kitchen 🤢. Since word has got out majority of Eudora goes to Lawrence.

called last night to order a 10 pc wing and got told it would be ready in 20. Arrived and welcomed by a woman named Kari I believe, and it had yet to be cooked. dissapointed at first, I waited 10 minutes for the wings and to my surprise got a 20 count instead for the inconvenience! Great wings, great service.

I stop in to my local caseys every morning on my way to work for their delicious ice coffee. Every employee in there is down to earth and very good at their jobs. They talk to you like family which always makes every place warm. And they even remember exactly what I get behind the counter. 5/5

Great shop that is a staple to any small town community. The pizza is really great, you should try it. Then if you got a free morning try the breakfast pizza, it is something to talk about.
