Came on Tuesday and got the bucky-roo tacos and jalapeno hush puppies. Never again. Sausage for my tacos was so over cooked it tasted like potted meat. The side of rice was mush like oatmeal. The hush puppies were overcooked and had no flavor. Manager tried to walk away when I showed her the food. She said she'd tell the people in the back and hide back there till we left. I made it blocks before throwing up....now 1/24/24 a response on reviews but absolutely no effort to correct anything. Obviously only cared about getting my money.

First time visiting this place today and had great food and great fun with a group of friends. We ended up staying for literally about 3 hours because it wasn't a busy time for them. Regarding service there, it is self order, in that you go up to the counter, place your order and then they bring it out to you when it's ready. We had quite a variety of food at our table and I think everyone agreed what they had was really good. Very well priced. We had a lovely young woman take our orders and the whole atmosphere couldn't have been more comfortable and welcoming. Plus it smells great in there! They have a big area outside that even has a stage so I'm guessing on weekends and or some weekend evenings there is entertainment. I'm sure the local Eudora folks appreciate having such a great place. Well worth the drive!Parking: We didn't have to explore how big the parking lot was today. They do have a lot of space in the restaurant and outside so there might be times when it gets pretty full.Wheelchair accessibility: Did not see any ramps but everything was basically on the level so I don't think there would be an issue.

Man stay away the ham and brisket. Hands down the worst ham i have ever had in my like. Its so dry and hard i cant even eat it. The brisket is really chewy and tough as well tonight. As far as the pulled pork and sausage i can say those are pretty good. My dad also said the ribs were good. The side dishes and onion eings really stole the show tonight. Which is sad because i spent 107 dollars tonight on the meat platters.

First time here and everything was great! The building itself is really nicely done inside and gives you that 'small town bbq joint' nostalgic feel. They've got plenty of different sauces from sweet to spicy and they were all good! Maybe a little too much molasses in some for me, but that's my opinion.I got the haystack with which had pulled pork, turkey, brisket and onion straws with a side of coleslaw. The meat could have been a little juicier, but it didn't disappoint at all!The fried pickles and ranch are also nicely done! I'd recommend to anyone who wants some good BBQ! I'll definitely be back to try other things

Delicious BBQ and the NICEST owners/staff!! Lots of outdoor seating and nice event space in the back too! The garlic cheese curds were exactly what they sound like and the cheesy potatoes were decadent🤤 Even the fries had a great crunch. Great moist pulled pork with tons of flavor and a barbeque sauce option for everyone! The chipotle mayo has a great flavor too. Can't wait to come back in the summer once the back patio is open.

Need to take the rubbery cooked to death "fried deviled eggs" OFF the menu, shamefully disgusting. Brisket was dry but maybe that's how people like it here. Sauces were good, mac & cheese was OK. The beans were the best thing I ate here, the rest was not worth the $$ at all.

So I only discovered this place a couple of days ago on Facebook - I am not entirely sure how I missed it. Tried it today for lunch and SO glad I did! Got the Haystack burger and jesus god it was good! The fries complement the burger so well! I didn’t realize the inside was going to be so nice or I would have planned on eating in. Will have to catch a game or something here. I’m also going to WOW the in-laws and get some of their smoked Turkey for Thanksgiving! Also, I love barn doors!

Sorry for the pics, you only get to see the aftermath. Those cheesy potatoes are amazing. Service is fantastic! I've been here twice now. Pulled pork is a must and as you can see, the chunked brisket was perfect. The meats and saucers are a perfect balance of sweet, smokey, and if its you thing, spicy. A must try.

Delicious! Love the new expanded menu! Several of us shared the sampler platter. The ribs were so good! My husband had the pulled pork sandwich special for $6.50 and it was massive! We went around 3pm and the service was fast and food was fresh even with it not being a peak meal time .

Barbwire BBQ catered our wedding two weekends ago, and my guests were not disappointed! My husband and I love their food, so we knew that Barbwire was our first choice for our wedding meal. Jason was excellent to work with along the way; he answered all of our questions, and helped to make sure we'd have plenty of food for the buffet. What a great little secret hideout! Happened to find it because I was trying to avoid a traffic jam on Hwy 10. Clean place. Appears to be family run. Food was really good, atmosphere was fun. Looked like they maybe hosted some live music on the patio occasionally. That would be fun. Nice place. I'll be back.

We ate there tonight and had a great time! We rode our bikes over from lawrence and decided to cool off on their patio. The dining room is tidy and comfortable but weather was nice so sat out back. Something was really wrong with the first burger that came out- it was cooked down to a briquette and was inedible. The server had the kitchen do another one and brought it out quick, and it was thick juicy lotsa beef etc. I hate sending stuff back and almost never do it, so I appreciated them not being awkward about it and making it right. Anyway, we had a good time and will visit again.

I love Barbwire! We started going for their chicken and waffles on Sundays. Then they expanded to having live music on some nights which has been really fun. That led to trying more of their menu and everything has been fantastic!The owner is so friendly and the service is always great. Their outdoor seating area is perfect for catching a live show.

I had the farmers plate and split it with my wife and we had the cheesy potatoes and creamy corn and we ordered an additional side of their Mac and cheese and let me tell you it was some of the best BBQ I've had in my life!!

Solid BBQ joint but so much more. Burgers, nachos, burritos, Mac and cheese and awesome BBQ. Their hot BBQ sauce is #1 in my book. Service was quick and the place is well decorated and very clean. We will be back and we are from Lawrence. It gives a run to any BBQ place in Lawrence and the people are friendly and conscientious. Oh yeah, they have a good assortment of beers and a full bar. Their patio was nice but the day we were there a storm had blown through and the patio had received some over turned tables, etc.

My husband and I had Barbwire Barbecue cater our wedding last month. They did an amazing job. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Communication with Jason was easy and fast. The food was so good. The spicy sausage and corn were my favorites. The pulled pork was so juicy and tender. Our guests were taking about the food for a week after! Thank you so much for the amazing experience.
