Just called to check on the status of a script since the app stated it was done. However, Walgreens at this location in Emporia is notorious for entering scripts into the system as complete but are NOT! The male I spoke with on the phone shortly after the AM open, says “there’s a glitch in the system”, I commenced to express that if a script is in the system as “complete” that prescribers and insurance go off that date, so the DATE needs to be correct, he literally HUNG UP on me as he was mumbling rude remarks. I’ve transferred my scripts to Haag, kept 1 here, BUT for the past 3 months since Walgreens took Graves clients, Walgreens has charged me 3 different cash prices for the SAME med. It’s HIGHER every time. Makes NO SENSE! When I’ve asked, Walgreens has told me that it’s the “insurance” or “a new price”. Uhh, NO, it’s a cash price that should remain the same every month for the same med just like it did for over a year elsewhere. This place is a joke!

I cannot begin to explain everything the ladies in the pharmacy did this evening to ensure I received my medication after Wal-Mart literally explained that they we shutting the doors as it was time to go. I understand there is a schedule to keep, however I was in so very much pain after an automile accident and Walgreens happen to be out of the medication. The pharmacy staff at Walgreens went way above and beyond; reaching out to my care team to ensure the order came, calling me with updates every few minutes, and after visibly setting the pain I was suffering, expedited my order. I will never use another pharmacy again. Such amazing, absolutely amazing customer service and so extremely helpful. I cannot thank them enough, or even begin to try.

Staff is incredibly rude and does not acknowledge customer on time nor do they communicate well to customers. If there’s any issue they just tell you “we’re working on it” I get they cannot give you an exact time estimate but they can atleast give me an idea of what’s going on. The main pharmacist Sasha is also very rude. I also have heard them talk badly about customers to each other loud enough for other to hear! Sherry is the only one who is polite and takes care of me when I go to get my medicine.

It felt really old and dirty. The staff member I encountered was very nice, but the one behind the register ignored all of the customers. I didn't go to the pharmacy, just used the bathroom and bought a drink. The bathroom was small and seemed to have not been cleaned recently.

Absolutely the most unprofessional and rudest people I have ever done business with! Had an appointment scheduled for myself and daughter for a vaccine. After sitting for over 30mins, I asked them how much longer it would be, cause we needed to get back to work and school. They said "we are working on it" At 1:30, they shut all the windows down and did not even acknowledge us. So they could go to lunch! They had my DL, and other cards. (My appointment was for 12:45pm!) Sat there another 5 minutes or so and no one came out, so I walked up to a glass window and knocked on it and asked for my stuff back. IT is now 1:50, and Sosha the pharmacy person finally comes out with our vaccines. Said they have been "busy". (Busy talking to each other)Gave my daughter and I our vaccine, and never once told us any kind of reactions to watch for etc...extremely rude and unprofessional .Would never do business with them again, nor send anyone there!

I used to like shopping at Walgreens until 5 years ago when my husband tried to print our wedding photo and the staff did not let him do so because the photos look like they were taken by the professional. They require the letter from the photographer saying that the photographer give me the permission to print photos, even though I already purchased the copy from him. I understand the policy. However, the staff who works there is being very rude to me and my husband. She showed the written policy I asked about and told me " you can frame it if you want". I consider that was very insulting the customer in any way.I personally feel that this Walgreens staffs and managers' attitudes towards customers are getting worse. Not sure if it's because the Headquarter did not give the proper training or the current staff have never had Professional Development Training regularly.

Countless times I have to come back two plus times (when pickup a prescription) it’s not ready even after their auto caller sends out their robo call! Their pharmacy practices continue inaccurate, inconsistent, insufficient and mediocre at best. Sad that this has become an acceptable standard.

I will never do any business at this Walgreens or any other Walgreens again. I have never had troubles with printing photos here until recently. I needed to print photos for state fair and the lady working behind the counter accused me of stealing a professional photographers work. I myself was the professional photographer with my iPhone and the lady did not believe me. We ended up getting the picture, but it was frustrating to be accused of a criminal act when I had not done anything wrong and was telling the truth. Just recently, my family had pictures taken for $40 to support a high school prom fundraiser. The photographer just takes pictures for fun and has a nice camera. We were given our pictures on a flash drive with no editing or personal logo with our pictures because she isn't a professional or has a business, She gave us the rights because she does not care. The point was to get decent pictures taken and support a high school fundraiser. I personally edited the images on Photoshop just touching them up making them look nicer to be printed. I sent them to my mom to have printed. We printed them here, hoping to have a better experience than before, however my mom went to Walgreens in Emporia and was once again accused of stealing the pictures, not following copyright laws, and not getting our pictures. It irritates me that Walgreens employees are the copyright police. I am an artist myself and fully believe in honoring the rights of photographers but when the employees literally think everyone is guilty of stealing unless proved otherwise is ridiculous! Their job is to print photographs, not be the copyright police protecting work of photographers who already have given rights. They accuse you of stealing a professionals work as if its a miracle to have some talent with a camera or editing skills to make nice photos. Anyways, I will be making bad remarks to friends and family and discourage any business to Walgreens from here on out. I very disgusted with the service and this store. Thanks for coming to my tea talk.

I have had mixed experiences at this location. The non pharmacy staff are friendly & helpful. The pharmacy staff are consistently rude. If it were not for the convenience of the drive thru, I would not do business here.

Convenient location with plenty of parking and drive-thru pharmacy. Was recently built and is very clean.Nice to be able to pick up a movie from the conveniently located Redbox's on the south side and pick-up any quick items that I may need.

Terrible pharmacy anymore. Hand carried two prescription in yesterday to be filled and told be about hour. Live out of town so had to go and came back this morning and surprise, still not ready.
