Bought a 25 ton log splitter (CountryLine) on 1/28/23. Used it some that year. This year it started when I test it but the next time I tried to start it I could not get the Koher engine to turn over. Called TSC and was informed they do not service what they sell and to call Kohler. Kohler said to call one of there dealers of which there doesn’t seem to be one within 50 miles. Splitter has a two year warranty.

There is no way I would ever shop here again. I came in looking for sand..an employee walked over to us and asked if we needed help..we asked him for sand..he said "it's probably outside, not totally sure, and I would help but I'm clocking out." As a business owner myself, there is no way I could ever bring myself to ask someone if they need help and then not give it. I only come to Emporia one time a year to work an event and I always need Sand. I will never come back and ask here again.

I really thought that the stereotyping that goes along with multiple tattoos was actually a thing of the past and then they walk into Tractor Supply one young employee decided to follow the young couple around the store which made the twelve-year-old feel very vulnerable she felt intimidated being followed around the store at the cash register the employee went as far as asking my son to pay for the hat that he was wearing when he walked in the door which you couldn't even look him in the eyes when you asked him it was a brand you dont even carry I will not go back in there you need to get with the time or do some retraining with your employees on discrimination

Meredith was the name of the lady whom said hello to me upon entry to the store. The line was a little long. So I went to the customer service desk. No one was there so I went back to talk to Meredith. I was there to return an online order of t posts . I had seven total.Meredith refused to accept my return because she was the only person in the store. I had a printed receipt and had started my return online at home upon arrival. Her excuse was she was the only person there and she couldn't leave the store. Meredith told me she'd be happy to 'serve' me but I had to come back in 30 to 45 minutes.I was very upset. I didn't understand two things: one : why couldn't I bring the tposts inside and she put them outside later when the other person came back. Second, no customers were in the store the gate wasn't far: why couldn't she just open the gate and let me help her put the tposts back to speed up the process.To add to the refusal she laid down on me : I had my son and spouse in the car waiting on me . When I returned to the car , I told them what happened. I was infuriated. I honestly could not believe this lady did this to me. I went back in and asked Meredith who the manager was and she mentioned a man by the name of Brad. When I got back to the car a 2nd time, I saw Meredith leave the store to grab a cart from a Caucasian woman and smiled and waived.I believe two things happened here: one she subconsciously thought it was OK to refuse my return because I am not the typical color of person she likes dealing with (my other Hispanic friend told me a story about her stalking her boyfriend in the store). Or second, she thinks she has the right to pick and choose whom she can treat with respect and/or disrespect.Additionally, I want to add that the young woman who helped me when I came back was extremely helpful and took my return back inside on a flatcart. Thank you nice girl. I will be writing a letter to corporate about this incident.No one deserves service like this from Meredith.

Oh, how I love you, Tractor Supply! I love to browse and shop around. The staff is very nice and will always help me carry feed sacks to my car. I also love how this store is mostly staffed with women.They carry feed sacks, cut chain, take care of the baby poultry and know alot about what they are selling. Good Job, Tractor Supply! Way to employ and empower rural women.❤
