I was given 1400 Logan street that is not a correct address. I came over to the address on penny lane. That was the correct place for me to be. I had what they considered dry goods. Which means you check in at the shipping office. Not the receiving even though I was bringing in a load. If you have fresh meat something like that, then you would go to the receiving dock. My appointment was for 10 Ami arrived about 3 AM. There is overnight parking. They put me in a dock, very happy with this place. Very nice people there are restrooms over by the receiving dock

This place is slower than any place I’ve ever been to in my life to get unloaded and some of the most unpleasant employees I have ever seen most of the employees on the weekends and at night are high on something and some can’t even say a sentence that makes any sense at all by far one of the worst simmons foods I’ve ever been to

This company employer is very rude they talk very rude it’s was my personal experience I was waiting for load 7 hour and when I called company back the employee not response for phone cal when o go inside they are talking wash other no response very bad

Yeah buddy. Simmons what can I say that you don't already know. The only place of employment that I make money close enough to my truck driving paycheck. Finally a job I can leave the road and be a father to my children. Simmons is such a wonderful place to work. Management are the obsolute best there is. I can't imagine leaving this place without crying.

Great experience. I was checked in two and half hours early by Taylor (sorry if I misspelled your name) . Then Dewitt (again sorry! If I misspelled your name) started loading my truck IMMEDIATELY. 6 pm appointment, I was gone 4:10 pm. Thank so so much team!What to expect: because of COVID-19 they don’t allow any individual to enter the facility ( except staff). There is a phone number on the door to call and to inform the shipping/Receiving office what you are here for. Make sure you have your 109 number (number begins with 109). They will assign you a door via phone (maybe within your first call) . Open doors, drop the trailer, disconnect, choke the wheels, put a provided jack in the front of your trailer to support the front of the trailer ( to avoid trailer tipping), then stay your truck and they will bring you the paperwork after they are DONE.There are portable restrooms by the docks.

Appt for 11:30. I was given the 1400 address. Arrived at 11:00. By the time I got correct location & called (chk in by phone at 1300 address) it was 11:25...still on time. It's now 15:08 & they have not even started loading. Training someone new, but 13:00 appt truck next to me at least has a red light. No respect for drivers, electronic logs, & delivery appts.! Need a negative rating star.

Got here and checked in 1 hr before appt time was in the dock 30 minutes before appt they didnt start till I'd been on the dock over an hour, but yet the guy next to me pulled into dock after me and was loaded and gone in less than an hr an according to his wife their appt time was 90 minutes after mine. What do we need to do to have the quick times show up a day early? Geesh!

I got lucky, got loaded quick & well before my appt time, appt at 330, checked I'm at 12;37 out at 2. 1 1/2 hours load time. Check in ,you will have to drop trailer, put jackstand & pull to the side & wait phone phone that your done.

Been here since 12 noon it is now 9pm still not in a dock place claims open 24 hours yet near impossible to get a hold of receiving. Whoever is in charge of the receiving department needs to be replaced because there is no communication whatsoever this is entirely unacceptable

2nd time here. First time was nearly one year ago, and then today 2.26.21.Very professional each time. My dock time was about 1.5 hrs both times. Great place!

Hate going in and being told you're needed to go to a different address when that should have been in my load information not sure who's to blame get told it was a drop and hook I get there they said they didn't have a trailer I said I do so can you load me well your product's not ready yet they said so it wasn't the fact that it didn't have a trailer it was that they didn't have the product very annoying
