Staff is always helpful. They will go to the back and check the stock if not on the shelf without asking. I have been in and they have helped me carry out heavy bags of pet food. If they were temporarily out of stock in my cat food they have called me when they got a shipment in. I live 25 miles away so I can't just run to the store every day.

I would give them no stars but 1 is the lowest I can give. I scheduled an appointment to get my dogs hair cut (grooming) they called me and cancelled the day of the appointment minutes before. They said would get me in RIGHT AWAY. I called everyday and no answer. Finally a few weeks later they answered and said I can get her in-in two weeks. When my appointment came up she cancelled AGAIN the day of minutes before the appointment. I live 45 minutes away and every time they called I was already in town for the appointment. Very unprofessional!!!! Don’t recommend if you have a limited schedule and try to make arrangements to get your fur baby there.

Awesome experience, friendly staff. Forgot to buy puppy pads for our 3 hour trip home from picking up our puppy and they gave us enough to get there for free. Would definitely recommend

Clean and easy to find items. Well stocked so we found things we were looking for. Have new puppy who was raised on grain free food but it is hard to find, they have it in several flavors and sizes of packaging. Also got toys that were appropriate for a very small dog.

They cancelled my grooming appt 4 times!! 1st 3 were groomer was ill (I showed up as no one notified me), last time was the dog's rabies shot expired the day I was to have her groomed (vet had said wait till an infection cleared up - told them this).

Petsense is always nice to go to. The staff are friendly and offer help and advice on their products. The items are neatly and fully stocked and when a spot is empty the employee is very helpful in either finding it or letting you know when it will be in next. I usually hate shopping but they make it a fun experience. I love going there.

My daughter loves coming in with our Sheltie. The employees are awesome, very knowledgeable, and patient with my toddler. The groomer is awesome, she is the only one we will be using from now on. The store is always clean and well stocked. Always someone around to help when needed.

The people here are super friendly and very helpful. My little cat has a sore paw and we needed some kind of first aid also a kind of litter that wouldn't irritate her paw. They helped us out by showing us different products to clean and help in healing (great job) thank you

I've been getting my dog groomed at Petsense for over a year now. Vicky is super great with Mollie and always does a quick and well done job! The front staff is also very friendly. The store is clean and well kept. Would highly recommend Petsense for pet grooming!

Had my large Border Collie groomed here by Vicki! She did great not only does he look amazing this is the first time I’ve ever take him somewhere because even the vet can’t cut his nails with out putting him asleep. I was so so nervous. I dropped him off and left which I have never done which could be the problem at the vet. Came back and he looked great. He was a very very happy dog when I got there. Fantastic price too...granted never have had him professionally groomed so I honestly don’t know what a good price is.... but worth every penny I will be back!

I love Vicky the groomer. She is so good with my dog who can be a handful. I'm always satisfied with how he looks. And he's always a happy dog when I pick him up. Which tells me that's she's good to him.

Vickie did a fantastic job grooming our dog. She spent time with us before hand to figure out exactly how we want him to look. He is very strong and pulled her across the room 3 times because he was scared to get in the water. She didn’t give up on him and got him bathed. It was his best haircut! We will be back. The two co-workers where very polite and the lady in the grooming area was great with my kelpie and she did a perfect Job on her nails.and me and Larry will give you some more business this coming Wednesday at 3:00pm for bathing my dog Missie jeck.and the guy up front was kind and very polite and respectful and I think these two co-workers need a raise on there pay check for there kindness and love for my kelpie and for the service they provided.from the customer relations the gave us and they made us feel welcomed.from your customer Mr and Mrs Larry and Rhonda jeck the owners of Missie jeck
