The new manager is not very good. The carts are all always outside with a ton of employees inside just standing around. The produce section is disgusting. Rotten potatoes with flys all over them, rotten tomatoes with mold all over them and the produce section is always a mess. The meat section is the same way with meat that is brown and goin bad. Very poor management

Our local Dillons store is excellent! They always have what I'm looking for and everyone is polite helpful and friendly. Their sales are great two! Oh, and don't forget the fuel points. It's always good to get a discount on gas!

Dillon's in Emporia is my favorite grocery. The store keeps a good variety and is attentive to presentation and price. The staff are friendly; always greeting me and ask if they can help me find anything. The produce and meat departments particularly keep very clean areas. At checkout there is someone ready to help me with my bags.As important as cleanliness and helpfulness are, the bottom line is price and our Dillon's is consistently wowing me with the best deals on all the items I use.

Dillon's is a great store. Perfect location when i don't feel like hopping the interstate to Walmart. I don't feel embarrassed asking for help if i can't find something, or if they don't have what i need, they recommend alternatives for me. Its great. I don't recommend the prepaid cards though. Especially NetSpend. They suck.

Small, cramped store. Sale merchandise always seems to be sold out on Thursdays. Male cashiers are rude and harassing. Loved Newton and Wichita stores, but will not shop here very often.

Decent. I shop there occasionally. Like a few places I tried to shop enough to make good use of the discount card. Long story short I don't buy enough to make it worth while. Now I just shop there for the occasional item.

Best place to shop in town for groceries. Not a fan of Walmart for my food. Between Dillons and Aldi these are my stores. Dillons sales are awesome, customer service is top notch! Just wish it was a larger store......

Good prices are only for dillons card holders which is a scam. They have a better supply of fresh herbs than Wal-Mart, and good deals on meat. Wal-Mart has better looking, less expensive fresh fish. Aldi has cheaper prices on bulk generic items.

Customer service is always great, but I can't stand going to this Dillons. It's crowded and poorly laid out. The selection is no where near what you'd see at other Dillons stores.

I loved Dillons it's the place I can buy good meat products my milk there other than that is hard to get certain stuff that I want sometimes I have to go to Walmart which I hate having to do because I can't get the things I want but oh well maybe we'll get a high V someday

Snowing 2-4 inches tonight.Went to the store when I got off of work at 9 p.m. Already a lot of snow on the ground.My sacker Calab threw my oj in a sack and then into the cart..falling on my eggs.Then put my hamburger with oj..?When I complained he stopped sacking and turned around and walked off..NO HELP TO THE CAR EITHER. 80 bucks later!!Then I got to watch all three of the employees laughing at me as I sat in my car waiting for it to warm up after I had loaded all my groceries...I started shopping that store in 1981 because of their immature untrained help ..today it will be my last trip to THAT store!My $200-$300 a month won't break the store.NOR DO THEY CARE!Former CustomerMolly Fox

Completely rude. Jess threw my change at me. The manager on duty did not seem to care and refused to connect me with the store manager. I will be contacting corporate. Store also very dirty and disorganized.

I hate that our Dillon's on the west side of town closed. The east side is much smaller. The sales are good, but when an item is not on sale, it's typically pretty pricey.

Waited out front with 5 others at 655 am they let employees in but refused to let paying costomers in 5 min early. Just seemed like a funny way of doing buisness to me. Poor selection poor coster service once I did get in

There is apparently a "new rule". I went to check out and wad TOLD to stand directly behind the newly installed plexiglass as I checked out. I guess that is the only place in the store that germs can be passed.
