I’m extremely grateful to have such friendly and helpful staff at my local CVS . I love that they are helpful and yet allow me time to shop. They offer alternatives to my purchases and help me save money. Keep up the great work

Negative stars. This is the 3rd GD time I’ve come here since moving to this town and the store has been closed 1-2 hours earlier than the POSTED hours on the building itself. If you close at 9, CLOSE AT 9. Update your online hours and your building hours to actually reflect whatever the hours you ACTUALLY keep. It’s not that hard. And none of these days were holidays. This is not a mom and pop shop. Your operation hours should be when youre open. If this town were any bigger and I could go to a diff location I would.

I went to CVS today and witnessed a short Hispanic dark haired cashier be extremely rude to an elderly customer. The elderly customer told the CVS employee she didn't have to be so rude to her and the employee just kept raising her voice louder and louder yelling in the store. It's absolutely disgusting how she treated the older lady. There is no reason to be so loud, rude and snarky to customers. If you work at CVS and hate your damn job so much then quit instead of trying to make everyone else's life as miserable as yours

If I could give negative stars I would. I went in Friday evening to pick up my prescription and nobody was in the store, not even an employee in sight. I walked back to the pharmacy to find they were closed. When I came back up to the front the office door was open and there were 2 girls in there on their phones. One came out when I started asking questions. She was extremely rude. When I asked for a manager she stated she was the weekend supervisor. I asked for her managers information and was rudely advised it was on the front door with his phone number. I recently moved here and had my prescriptions transferred here. I will not be back. I refuse to spend my hard earned money at a place where I'm treated rudely and disrespectful.

Always very helpful! I’ve never had problems with prescriptions or finding things. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Was able to order pick-up for Covid tests through my insurance with no problems. It literally took less than 10 minutes.

Terrible workers, none of them work or help and they all have an attitude. Will never shop there unless I’m forced to. One of the coworkers was shouting at me and claimed a false accusation at me with other customers in there. She was a short (in the skinnier side) Hispanic girl.

I really hate the self check out still. The machine talks too much and grates on my last nerve but also the store is always clean and the guy who helped me was so friendly, understanding, and helpful! 😁👍

So disappointed in this store and the new manager Amanda! I have been a long time customer shopping 3-5 times a week! I’m in the top1 percent of savers!! I have been a manager at another store. And tonight because I was unhappy that a pharmacy didn’t have a pill cutter or allergy medicine. I was rude cause the shelf’s have been empty for months, and I watched a drug deal go down in the store. But today this manager didn’t even check my rewards or credits and when I called her on it she gave me a deathly glare and I said do you not think the managers should do their job just as good as my regular employees?!! Shouldn’t I be able to complain to manager with out be kicked out of the store and my transaction canceled! I will continue to file complaints until something is done! This is a small town and customer service is key!!! I am friends with several employees and I called the old manager immediately after leaving the store and he was outraged! He never heard of a customer getting kicked out for complaining and trying to get my rewards on my account! This chic needs fired!!

The customer service at this CVS location is really poor. So many times I’ve gone there with complaints and they never attended to me properly or even followed the protocol that customers are always right. The cashier called Natividad was so rude to me and never apologized genuinely for her rude actions. She embarrassed me in front of other customers because I had not cut my coupons and rudely told me that I need to cut them before hand before she can attend to me. That’s the sickest and rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Other staff as well as the manger are not willing to get to the bottom of customers’ interest. This is sad.

Once again, I have left the CVS pharmacy upset, this time close to tears. I picked up a prescription that I have been filling there specifically to get a particular manufacturer of the generic, as ordered by my doctor. They gave me the wrong one, and I didn’t discover it until I got home. I will not be able to exchange it, so for the next 90 days, I will have to use a medication that has not done well for me, since my insurance will not cover it again until then.They have erred in a similar fashion so many times before at this pharmacy that I had stopped going there. I gave them another chance a few months ago because they had a generic that I hadn’t tried. Now that I have decided I can tolerate the one they had been giving me, I am back to square one with something that did not do well in the past.If you choose to use this pharmacy, my only advice is that you call before you go, you ask two or three times to make sure they have the right medication for you, and double check before you leave the pharmacy, opening the package to make sure it contains what you think you are getting.

Love this place, staff is friendly, store is very clean. About the comment that it's pricier... Sign up for the extra care card. Between the app and emails I always have a 20% or 30% or coupon that is storewide. They always have specials throughout the store and the extra bucks you acrew are great, you can use them like a gift card. I prefer CVS over Walgreens

I went in last night and bought a hair clipper set right before the store closed on March 30th. I decided to go to the store this morning to exchange it and get a cheaper one. The package was unopen, unused still in all of its original content. A gentleman named Tim was very rude. He stated that the company policy is no returns, even for non essential goods. However, which did not make any sence, he offered to exchange it and take the expensive set back but not refund my money. I understand the need for the policy but im obviously not sick and a lysol wipe wouldnt killed any bacteria on this thing. ITS BRAND NEW.

They are not open during lunch for people who work, and can pick up their rx, even with the pharmacists in the store, would not wait on me. Very inconvenient. I will not take my business there.
