On more than a couple of occasions, the pizza slices look absolutely mutilated.The cashiers always seem to be on their phones. I've had this experience with two different ladies, and they made it seem like it was an inconvenience for needed to be checked out. The first lady literally finished what she was doing on her phone before even acknowledging me. A second lady had taken a phone call on her cell and didn't stop talking on it the whole time I was checking out when she finally got to me.I don't live here, but I have to drive through here, and it's the easiest stop along the way, but now I try to avoid it by just paying at the pump and leaving.

I didn’t have cash on me I couldn’t get cash out of my account at the atm. I had my kids with me since they had to use the bathroom the lady at the counter was very nice and I told my kids to put their stuff back on the counter cause I didn’t have any cash on me so we they started crying and I said I was sorry but as I was getting ready to get back in the car the cashier said ma’am here you go I asked her who do I owe? I wish there were more people like this lady. I get it’s truck day and the chip card readers are down but she didn’t have to pay for my stuff. I will pay you/her back I just wanted to say thank you. We wish there were more people like that in the world to help someone out we always try to help someone else out when we can. Ellsworth Ks Casey’s

A pretty limited experience, not from here, but it seemed like a pretty standard Casey's experience. Not the newest or best outfitted but it functioned and was open when I needed it. Not the best layout for getting in and out with a trailer of any size hooked up. Be advised.

We came through here in the thick of a blizzard moving through the region. White out conditions and extremely low visibility made it nearly impossible to keep going. 170 shut down not long after we exited. We weren’t going to make it to Sterling. So we took shelter at this Casey’s for A WHILE! The staff (only 2 that I saw) were absolutely amazing. They had a lot of shelter seekers stuck there, and they were super kind and helpful as busy as they were. . The pizza and hamburgers were delicious (we’d never eaten at a Casey’s before), coffee was hot and really good, bathrooms were nice, and someone was plowing the lot. Thank you Casey’s for being a beacon and letting me hang out with you awhile to soothe my frazzled nerves.

Called at 11:00 and they refused to make a pizza even tho the kitchen says they close at 11:30, if you want business then dont false advertise!

Stayed a few days in Ellsworth and Casey's is right next to our motel. Went in the AM and the PM. Friendly, personable employees. Guy in the PM made us laugh. Thank you!

We went in looking for a snack and we got chips and soda and doughnuts. They were all out of long johns though. I absolutely love their apple fritters.

I had neck surgery and foot surgery within a two month span, ALL of the staff helped me get in and out of the store, including coming out to my vehicle when I showed up to purchase a item, the Ellsworth Kansas store is Amazing, Thank You All!!!!

I just watched a gas pump not correctly shut off and spill gasoline all over somebody's car tire and the ground. Not safe at all and I'll never buy gas there.

When we see a Casey's we usually stop for their donuts or fritters 😋 Like all of the Casey's we have stopped at it was clean and hand a very courteous and friendly clerks. 👍

Like any other Casey's, there for convenience, except for 5 to 6 hours during the night when closed. An asset for Ellsworth otherwise.
