This Loves does not live up to my expectations when compared to other Loves.No fenced in dog area. The dog area does have poop bags but it is muddy and full of poop. Lots of poop.Trash cans were full.Bathroom was dirty and small.It does have an attached Dairy Queen.I would pass and wait for a different travel stop.

The Subway sandwiches we had were fine. My problem with this Love's is that the men's restroom was nasty filthy. To make matters worse, all 4 of the soap dispensers were empty, as well has 50% of the paper towel dispensers. Additionally, the canopy over the gas pumps was constantly dripping filthy water on everything under it. Not what I have come to expect from Love's.

So this is the only Loves that I have ever stopped at that I have been told driving a sprinter van that I can not park over night. Been doing this for 3 years. First time for everything so if you drive a sprinter van steer clear of this location they will make you leave.

My husband and I truck and this may be a small loves but it's our favorite. Everytime we come here the store is clean and quiet. The women's bathroom is always exceptionally clean which I appreciate. There's additional parking across the street since the parking lot is so small.

Very nice Love's. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Has 3 different restaurants and nice amount of seating. Laundry is also available with nice amount of machines and space. Shower was very clean as well as the restrooms. Easy on and off to 70. Small amount of parking and fuel bay is tight.

This Loves Travel Stop has 3 food places inside. There's Subway, Dairy Queen and Godfathers Pizza.We checked out Loves for a bit and we weren't greeted at all here. The aisles are clean and well stocked, bathrooms were clean. This Travel stop is pretty big.We decided to eat at Subway, was still not greeted when we entered. Both of us got the chicken bacon ranch subs. The guy that put my sub together was rather messy and when he folded the top bread over half the vegetables came out, though he wrapped up anyway.Next time, we wanna try Dairy Queen

Most hotcake experience ! I’ve never been to a loves that charges $11 for a damn hot dog and mac and cheese that so dried out and nasty! None of their food is dated or times on them!!! I know this is a LOVES POLICY! Absolutely DISGUSTING FOOD !! Employee was nasty and absolutely RUDE!!! 2/8/24 554pm

Worst employee/manager and customer service I have ever experienced at a loves, this employee is so rude it doesn’t even makes sense for loves to hire her. “The place of friendly faces” the old white middle age lady overweight with blondish/white hair should be fired.

Do not use the washers and dryers.. the coin collectors are connected to the data server.. I'm stuck here with wet clothes because the data service down.. tried using a debit card that wouldn't connect to the server.. I literally have to find a laundromat drop my trailer after driving 9 hours to finish

Not that great of a Loves. It’s near midnight and the staff are unpleasant and the store is hohum feeling. Like it certainly was another station, small. Wieners were shriveled too. One to avoid on my next trip.

Decently clean, although understaffed, and many items were overpriced. They charge $3.09 for one can of energy drink. That alone should warrant one star 😐 maybe I'm just spoiled because normally Love's are the absolute best and this one was eh

Really need to knock out the rounded concrete slabs on the diesel side. Can even pull up enough with a truck in front to fill a reefer. I absolutely hate filling up at this location for this reason…

I visited this location on 09-22-2023 @4:15 am. My intention was to get a shower and get back on the road. I had one shower credit on my Loves card from getting fuel just a few days ago. Since the shower credit was still showing up on my app, I had the employee scan my barcode. He aggressively explained that I did not have a shower and he was being extremely rude when I tried to explain otherwise. When he scanned my barcode the shower disappeared and I could not shower. I showed his manager, who was extremely rude as well that I also had "shower power" with pilot and I showed them the $50,000 I have in my checking account at Wells Fargo. In no way was I trying to scam them for a shower. Right before I walked in the door there was 1 shower on my app. This whole situation is extremely alarming because we work hard and long hours as a truck driver. If I had been less fortunate and had no other options I would have been denied a shower. I really feel like loves should investigate their employee Micheal because he tries to run this location like he is the owner of the store and was extremely rude to me as a customer. The lady manager was just as rude about the situation until I showed her my "shower power" credentials, and the balance in my bank account. Only at that point she went ahead and printed a shower ticket for me. Please investigate your employees at this location because they do not behave in a way that Loves employees are in other locations that actually treat customers with respect and loyalty. A message to Micheal, I have been awake for over 30 straight hours driving and training a new driver. All I needed today was to use the shower credit I had on my card before whatever happened in your system made it dissappear. You are a rude POS individual and I hope one day you find a job you are actually good at. I've been in customer service all of my life and have always treated people with respect. I am going to pray really hard that your management team at the corporate level get this message and you get fired. The same goes for the lady manager on duty. I honestly have no idea what your employment records look like but I imagine it's not very good.

Worst shower experience ever.After waiting for the shower to be cleaned, I found it not clean with feces still in the toliet bowl.I brought this to the attention of the person who cleaned it, and she just happened to be the shift leader (Skylair Mcdowell).She never apologized and actually told me she didn't need me to explain what her job is regarding showers.I further explained that it was not lLOVES policy to skip cleaning the toliets between shower uses and that it was gross to find my shower room in that condition.Again, there was no apology, and I was told she wasn't going to be lectured about it, at which time I reminded her that I was her customer and that she said it did not matter.I then asked for an apology for my experience, and she refused....Don't stop here, drivers or anyone else....go somewhere else as they probably don't clean the food areas eitherLoves you can do way way better than this!!!!! Maybe Road Ranger will open nearby and put you out at this location.

A little disheveled and dirty, but super friendly employees. No dog park, butt a decent patch of grass for the pups to move around some. Subway, DQ, and Godfathers Pizza are inside, with a A&W across the street. Much smaller than most Loves.

This is a busy stop and it's the smallest Love's I have been to. Finding an available gas pump or parking spot can be a challenge at times. The restrooms here are high traffic restrooms so be prepared for that too.

It's definitely good to find fuel when you need it though the layout isn't the best for pulling big trailers through. Clean enough inside by truck stop standards and seemed to be well stocked. Good sized bathrooms so you're not standing outside a locked door waiting and no lines.

I usually stop at loves due to consistency with cleanliness and great service. This Loves isn’t up to the standard of the company. Extremely dirty bathrooms with 2/4 toilets broken and then towels just covering the floor. 2/3 food court places closed. The convenience store side total mess and out of a lot of items. Skip this lives and go to the next one.

In January I purchased a 30W Power Drive cord for my computer in NC. The lady in NC advised she thought it would work, to keep my receipt in case it did not (no sign out to show what cord to buy). I live in NH and we do not have a Loves near me. The cord would not power my computer. Our next trip in February I stopped at a Loves in MO (sign showed I needed 120w) and was told no manager available for exchange. We stopped at this Loves in KS and spoke to store manager, Cade MacIntrye. I had my receipt as advised, but did not have box. He stated without box he was not able to sale product. I asked, “You would actually put this item back on the shelf after I have had in my car, used for almost a month?” And he stated, “Yes!” I find this to be disgusting for the next person who goes to purchase. They would have bought an item that was used, not knowing. I felt future shoppers should know. I do not mind buying used, but feel a customer has the right to know it’s been used for quality and safety! I also feel I had my receipt, was misguided, brought back like I was told I could due to exchange for more experience and pay extra. BAD CALL Manager Cade and bad service from Loves all the way around. A sign should have been out in NC, no help in MO and now Cade will not let me exchange with receipt, wants box to put out so he can sell a used item, like new to the next customer…. Shame on Loves for this practice and service!

Worst showers I’ve seen specially for a loves truck stop. No where to hang you’re things the shower curtain is so short water get all of the place mold and you would think they would clean the fans while they clean the showers
