Omg this was my first time eating A & W and I loved it. Great freshly prepared burgers salty and juicy tenders 3 pepper sauce is a wake up call. I almost never review fast food joints but I am very pleasantly surprised at how good everything was. This location had real cane sugar A & W too hit the spot. Def recommend this to everyone

Have gone 4 times since they opened each time our food was wrong and had to go back to fix it. Last time we went I ordered my daughter a hot fudge sundae with extra fudge which they charge me for and there was barely any on there. The drive through line takes forever. Took us almost 35 minutes. Trying to give them the benefit of doubt since they are still learning but definitely won’t be going back.

Never tried an A&W. I was their first customer of the day. I went inside and approached the counter to order and there was a disturbing amount of fly clawing and hovering around the register. I almost didn’t order but was willing to give it a shot. Seriously there were like 10 plus flies buzzing at the counter and the employee took my order as if it was normal.On the other hand, the burgers were great. I got the mushroom one and the bacon one. I will say that the mayo I got on my bacon burger had no taste.If this is how they all are, then at least I can say I tried them out.

Hi 👋 I’m here from Colorado just enjoying the food here and the lovely staff and how friendly they are and how good the service is. Food was fresh and warm and really good. Staff working tonight made me feel at home without even trying and were super kind and it’s was just like talking to my friends back home. Highly recommending this lovely establishment to any and all my friends that pass through Kansas 🏻💖 from Colorado to you I love you and your lovely staff and wonderful food. We literally felt like we were on an episode of Jerry Springer. We stood at the counter for 10 min before anyone acknowledged we were there. Once we finally got our food an employee came out of the back fingergunned himself in the head in the middle of the dining room. As he left he nearly pulled his shirt over his head. This employee returned to we assume quit, sending someone else in with his shirt while he sat in the lot shirtless. The sad part was that he was the kindest employee to us and other customers before leaving. At the same time the manager was dealing with 2 customers with orders that were completely wrong. An employee argued with one of the customers. The entire time we were eating another employee kept walking halfway to our table, staring at our food and us. The whole experience was very uncomfortable.

This is a great dining experience. We ordered chicken sandwiches and onion rings. The waitress was very enthusiastic to help us deliver the food to our seats. The food is fresh. But the waiting time is a bit long at noon.

Drive through service was a bit slow but they comped us an order of fries. Siracha cheese curds were good (fried cheese is almost always good) and the crispy chicken tenders were hot, fresh and had great flavor. Service was friendly, place is clean. Will be back for a burger.

Food was ok. However, i didn't get my full order. Was already on interstate and didn't have time to turn around, so i called the store to explain. Was told to come back some other time and to tell them that I spoke with SJ and he said he'd give me a double order of cheese curds to make up for the mistake. Returned a few weeks later and starter placing and order. I then gave the lady my previous receipt to provide a little further proof and asked if I could get my curds with the rest of my meal. She said SJ wasn't there. Nothing she could do about it. Didn't seem all that concerned about it either, so I canceled my order and left. No accountability for mistakes I guess. If I lived in Ellis, then I suppose I could come back any other time, but I live 40 miles away and was just making my way through town. I thought it would be nice to sit down with my little daughter to have dinner. If you don't wanna give me what I paid for, then I don't mind taking my business somewhere else.
