-6 degrees out, the old man was extremely helpful in getting me the parts I needed to have heat. He was so knowledgeable that I should have gone there first. I originally went to bomgaars and the kids (as useful as a wet paper bag) sold me garbage that I would have ended up blowing up my house. I am forever grateful that the old man with all his knowledge. It is 2 degrees now and my house is 80 on the inside!!!!

Being a diabetic a needing to urinate often. I went to use the restroom and I could not use it. Had to go somewhere else. So why spend the amount of money I intended to I went somewhere else.

I went in to find a random bolt and a screw. Everyone from the two people who helped me to the cashier were very helpful and friendly. They didn't have the bolt I was looking for, but they guy who ran the department said he doesn't like having holes in his inventory, so he would order some. I'll be back in a few weeks when he said it should be in.

Decided to give this store one more chance. I went into purchase an Ego Lawn mower. After 10 minutes in the store with one other customer. And at least 4 associates milling around up front, I left. I will take my business to Wichita!

Good selection of hardware. People are always nice. Was able to find parts needed to fix the water leak in the camper for the weekend. Has the small town hardware store feel to it.

The staff at this ACE are awesome. They helped me find everything I asked for and even looked up a couple things that they didn’t carry so they could tell me where I would be able to find the items. I would say they lived up to their slogan —- There was more than one helpful smile in every aisle on my visit!!! I’ll come back and add the names of the smiling helpful humans next time I stop in!

Very rude on phone, when answering phone said " what do you want! " not hello can I help just what do you want. Then when I asked to speak with someone in plumbing, was told no one there could help me . And then hung up. So I will take my business elsewhere.

I had a habit of looking for my hardware needs at Walmart and Sutherland's until I realized . . . duh! 4 out of five times I end up going to Ace because the others don't have what I need! Pricing is reasonable and comparable, staff is friendly and very helpful! Ace IS the place with the helpful hardware man (and ladies)!

Arrived at 8:00 AM, waited five minutes to open. Sign clearly posted prohibiting public use of restroom due to COVID, though no employees seen wearing masks.Never approached by staff to see if I needed assistance.Selected my items and at checkout I was asked if I found every thing I wanted. I replied "no". The clerk said "I'm sorry" and continued ringing up my items.Probably my last visit.

It's a good sized store I've gone into a few times. Over all I've had pretty good luck finding what i was looking for. I did need assistance on one trip finding some plumbing supplies for a sink. The woman who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable.

Needed plumbing pipe and fittings which were unavailable at the big box store. Bill helped me gather everything I needed to complete the job and used his expertise in the field to make sure I had what I needed.

Very disappointing visit. I arrived at the store at approx. 5:00 PM and needed assistance in the lighting aisle. I waited for about 20 minutes and tried looking for someone to help me. At 5:30 I gave up and went to the front where a young man leaning on the counter said "Have a good evening" I told him I would if I could get someone to help me. Rather than offer help, he just continued leaning on the counter, shrugged, and said "Oh." At that point, I said, "Oh well, there are other stores in town." and began walking out. Still was never offered any assistance. This was the poorest excuse for customer service I have ever seen! I have always tried to do business with locally owned or operated stores, but went to WalMart and had a pleasant customer service experience. Guess where I will shop from now on?

Local Ace is a great hardware store. Appreciate the loose bins of fasteners; don't have to buy full packet of screws when 3-4 will do. Wide selection of home and project supplies. Knowledgeable personnel give good advice. Recommended.

Kinda pricey, just like most hardware stores...it's either pay their prices or drive 90 miles to Lowe's or home Depot...so the choice is yours. Staff was okay...didnt get that big hello I expected when I walked in.
