I have taken my dog to several vets here and in Wichita and I don't know what the Indian hills animal clinic did to traumatize him but now he has to be sedated even to get a nail trim. The vet here at El Dorado Animal hospital is the best. All the staff are great and I can afford the prices which is a big deal when you have to pay over $80 just for a nail trim because he has to have sedation. All the staff here take excellent care of both my fur babies.

Mikaela and all of the staff took such amazing care of my Romeo. Got me right in without an appt, kept me informed and most importantly figured out what was wrong with Romeo that is he is now healing at home! I had never gone here before but I am switching permanently now! Mikaela is great!

Doctor Mikaela is amazing! She has been seeing our dogs and cat for years. She recently helped us with an emergency call when we picked up two dogs that were dumped. She was able to get us the Bravecto the same night and then scheduled us ASAP to get them looked over! Best vet in town!

Had just picked up new puppy on a Saturday. Monday he had stopped eating, drinking and could not get any help from our previous Vet until Thursday. I do t think we would have him lost him if we waited till Thursday. Dr. Sungren got us in that day and got him stable with medication and support for his little 1lb 6 oz body. He is now a little live wire. We are so happy with the office. When I call with concerns they are great. Great office and doctor.

After having a very unfortunate and downright con-feeling experience with another nearby vet in town, with very little to show for my cat’s health, we got Sunny in at Bluestem. The vet isincredible. She was detailed, compassionate and careful. She kept my cat over night and made sure she did everything she could to keep him alive and get him better. Just a few days ago, we were certain Sunny was going to die. Now, we have a lot of hope. She found a mass in his mouth (which the other vet missed) and was very honest about his prognosis and her thoughts. She kept us up-to-date with Sunny’s health and her charges were very reasonable. I trust this vet, and she will be getting my business for the 10 other animals we have.

Love taking my German shepherd to El Dorado Animal Clinic. They take their time with him and answer all my questions. The staff is super friendly! They have an amazing app where I can order all supplies as well. Don’t have to make a special trip in. Ace just had surgery there and they did an amazing job with him! So glad I was recommended to go here!

Wonderfully caring veterinarian group! I've been taking my dogs there for a couple of years. Dr Mikaela is very attentive and caring. The staff there is equally supportive. Great place for those that really care for their pets.

Dr. Sundgren is easily the best large animal veterinarian in this area. She saved a bred heifer with dystocia that in my 30 yrs of experience would have never survived. I was amazed! Her staff is very helpful and her recently redesigned cattle handling facilities make this the only clinic I'll use. If you're in need of a large animal veterinarian I would highly recommend Dr. Sundgren/ El Dorado Animal Clinic.

I took my cat in who was as close to death as you could get and the team at El Dorado Animal Clinic jumped in and started caring for the cat. They kept him for 2 nights and called me on a regular basis to keep me informed as they successfully brought him back.

Wesley's first visit to the vet. After peeing on the floor and pooping in the examination room, he relaxed and got his shots. Everyone was so kind. They gentle him down and he stopped shaking. El Dorado Animal Clinic was the only location I could find that could see my dog by the next day. I dropped her off around 9 AM, and had answers by around 12:30! I was so relieved I didn't have to wait nervously for too long before getting a call back.The examinations were thorough and complete. Dr. Sundgren concisely laid out the best course of action and began her medication regimen immediately.So far so good. My dog isn't out of the woods yet, but her condition is improving. Dr. Sundgren also answered my call after hours one night to hear my concerns, and she advised me on what to do.Dr. Sundgren and her team are top notch, and I would strongly recommend them!

I needed to find a vet who would take my cat in almost immediately. He had stopped eating for two weeks and we were really close to losing him. This was the fourth veterinary clinic I called and despite that week being a drop off pick up spay and neuter they said they would take him the very next day if I was okay with dropping him off. Thanks to their hard work and care he made it through. Without a doubt one of the best clinics I have taken an animal to.The clinic is clean and the staff are very friendly. They answered all questions, patient, explained everything in great detail for care of my fur baby. I am very thankful to them.
