Just spent more than i should have because they never discounted any of the items that were marked down. Everything that said half off or bogo were rang in at full price. Ridiculous to advertise sales and discounts and not actually have them. Not returning to be duped again

Store could be cleaner or even just less disheveled. It seem unorganized and cluttered. The employees are friendly but most don't offer much assistance unless asked and then still usually aren't much help at all. Most prices are decent and weekly sales make them better.

Clean. Helpful employees. Some items are not marked and neither are the shelves where the items are. Would be nice and helpful and you're employees wouldn't have to lookup the items for the customers and take up the customers time when they may be in a rush

Hilarious! The customer in front of me used her last dime to buy a pack of cigarettes after digging thru her wallet to find enough money to buy her 2 previous orders. Then when I handed the cashier a $20 dollar bill for my 3 items she said it was the first one she had seen all day. Cracked me up!

Had a variety of different things! Wasn't expecting that! But sure was very helpful indeed! Walked out spending more than $100 dollars of so many things! Good experience no doubt! Will be back in there to shop😁

There is alway boxes every where you can hardly get down the isles very well. If you have to ask about something it hard to find anyone and when u do they are rude. When you got to check out ur luckey if anyone is there and you have to wait a while. I only use this store if I have to.

It's a very great place to shop, friendly people and people willin to go out of there way above and beyond to help you get what you need if it's getting some from the top shelf or going to our back room to see if they have it, they might be busy checking people in at times but ain't we all busy at some point of the day our days never stop going so take the free time that you have out shopping and stop in the dollar store see some lovely people who would love to help you out and help you find what your looking for it's not everyday you have a nice cashier, they need respect just like they give the customers they might have had to work a double Shift or might not be feeling to good but still have to go in to make there living, dollar General is like a family everyone tries there hardest and works together to do the best they can to make the store look great and shop shape for there family's and friends and employees and boss to love to come shopping, come out to dollar General see these employees and take a survey let people know what you think about there store and how they are doing or how they could improve things they always like your friendly thoughts and smiles so go out to your local and friendly dollar store on main street in el dorado today and shop for some good deals and see some friendly faces, keep it up you lovely and nice friendly employees... Great Job!!!

A friend gave me a ride to dollar store today. Got there at 7 pm. Doors were locked. Normally open till 8pm. Was very disappointing. Would have been nice to have had some warning.

The staff is awesome at the store except for 1 employee he was rude and kinda smelled like beer im gonna get in touch with DG corporate over the whole situation very unpleasant experience i WILL NOT be shopping at this DG again DG has lost a very loyal customer...good job..

My ElDorado Dollar Store staff are very helpful and keep very clean stores. I appreciate the way that the stores have morphed from a small, unfriendly and dingy store to a place I like to shop. The Dollar Stores are actually rivalling Walmart by the products that they provide. I am pleasantly surprised each time I go into the well lit and friendly Dollar Stores here in ElDorado.

El Dorado stores got super manager. Need more help whentruckcones in!! Needs a bigger store with moreroom. Company needs to fill in pot holes in parking lot. I about turned my ankle in one today!!

I think the rewards and coupons are a scam, they never ring up right. This little store is more expensive than Walmart most of the time. There is no value in this store for me

I found a white cami & tank top for just a couple dollars. This store is so old & crowded. Staff was nice.

Workers were nice and majority of the coupons codes would work and they'd adjust the amount for any of the coupons that didnt apply

Our dollar general usually is packed full of stuff but the employees are always nice. Seems like they can be short staffed often sadly.

Yes, they have items at low prices, but the store is always in disarray with piles of boxes blocking the already narrow isles. I was finally to locate what I was looking for and make my purchase. I usually only go there if I don't want to deal with going....elsewhere.
