5 years ago this was by far the best place to get a burger or ice cream and I gave it 5 stars. Over the last year or so it had become probably the worst in town. Sure the value is good but you have a 90% chance that they will mess your order up and just as high of a chance that you will wait 20 minutes for them to do just that. If.your going through the drive through check your orders before you leave.

Good ice cream, crisp waffle cones, but the slowest drive thru in the history of drive thrus. As in you stare at the dark closed window for 10-15 minutes until it opens and someone asks you 'what are you waiting on?' then you tell them and they go 'oh.' It's a good place if you can get them to realize you're there. You'll probably have a better experience if you go in

Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Looked like someone had diarrhea all over the toilet, floor, and wall. Wife said women’s bathroom was similar. Filled our water cups and found dark chunks floating in the bottom of the cups. Dumped water out and filled up the cup again with ice and water with the same results. Dark chunks must have been coming from the ice because they weren’t present when just getting water. I feel bad for those who were drinking soda out of a cardboard cup. They didn’t know they were drinking dark floating chunks in their soda. I mentioned it to a worker and she proceeded to look at the ice machine and said “they must not be cleaning it like they are supposed to.” Then she walked away and went behind the counter without doing anything.The tables, booths, and floors were all filthy.Even though I wanted to walk out without eating because I questioned if we were going to get sick, we decided to stay and eat because we had already paid for the food. The food was decent but not great.Would not recommend eating at this place.

Biscuit and gravy issue. Was hard as a rock and one scoup of gravy didnt even cover both biscuits. It was not ate able i live 4 miles out of town other wise i would have taken back. Verry disapointing.

I went here not even 30 minutes ago. I got two spicy chicken sandwiches. First off, it was a club when I ordered a regular sandwich. To some this seems like an upgrade, but I am a jewish woman...and was given a sandwich that has bacon on it. I didn't even notice until a couple bites in. On top of that, the chicken was rock hard. Thought it was breading at first, turns out it was indeed chicken that looks like it has been left out to fry or overcooked. The only good part was the ice cream. I'm severely disappointed. This was a $22 meal, and i'm disgusted. Will not be coming back to this Braum's again.(attached a picture of the chicken that's rock fricken hard)

I stopped by at 430 pm with a bus load of high school students. I got a large vanilla malt and it was delicious. 5 dollars and 5 cents. Service was very fast. The restaurant was clean, and they had all the condiments and lids stocked.Some of the students got the chicken strip dinner and another got the number four meal. They said it was a nice and juicy cheeseburger, however the other was not as impressed with the gravy.The accessible entrance is on the east side of the building, but inside the services are not as easy for someone in a wheel chair.

Went in about 25 min before close for a late dinner. I ordered a chicken strip meal with gravy and a shake. They were out of gravy, shorted me a chicken strip, and forgot about my shake. Multiple other people were served before I got my shake. Also, it’s not cheap and the chicken strips were literally the size of my finger. If another establishment was open past 10 pm I definitely would have gone somewhere else cause this seems to happen every time.

This used to be the go-to place for us. We really like it, but since they are having problems with keeping employees and them not being either taught properly or just not caring. It's a different experience every time. We only ever get ice cream there and sometimes fries. Last time the fries had been sitting there for a long time, they were very old. There are never any lids on anything, and the outside of the cups are always sticking and nasty when they hand it out.

The hamburger was all dried up and the fries have been there all day all dried up it was terrible meal and this seems to be a pattern that keeps happening every time I come I will not come back

Purchased a fruit and yogurt swirl this morning. I wasn’t told till I paid and they handed me it 3/4 full that they were out of bananas.Normally I have no complains about this place but that hurt me. Definitely not a non-returnable offense, but communication please!Love their fries! 😋

Better-than-average fast food place. Normal menu, pretty good food for what it is. Clean and neat. Staff courteous and attentive but very slow to deliver food... I think their kitchen was short-handed that day. Wide selection of good ice cream too.

I was by myself and entered the restaurant about 9:45 - 10.:00p.m. and the booths were full of kids with a line of kids and coaches to the order counter that had been competing in a track meet. The manager told me to come with her to the front of the line where she allowed me to order my meal ahead of the kids and adults of which said for me to go ahead of them to order as well. It probably saved me 40 minutes of wait time or more before ordering. They were very prompt in preparing my Chicken Strip dinner and I had told them that I wanted a double dip ice cream cone after my meal at which time they were locking the doors and allowed me plenty of time to finish my meal as well as to eat my ice cream in comfort without being rushed so they could clean-up and go home.

I had never had brains before. I’m sad to say that this was my first, and last experience eating here. My malt came with NUTS in it, what if I was allergic? My burger was not cooked all the way and it was quite disgusting. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I am not impressed, every time I come to Eldorado we stop to get ice-cream, always look forward to ice-cream. Last time we stopped the Sundays were missing stuff like cherry sauce. This time I wanted a triple dip Sunday but we couldn't find it on the computer to be able to order it? What the heck. Than they were out of stuff like wiped cream, that is not a big deal. I ordered a soda because i had been in the drive for 20 minutes waiting to order and I got my ice-cream than the guy was like just a minute I will get your soda. WTH we stand there for 15 minutes with our thumb up our @$$. I am probably done here I will go to Freddy's or somewhere else. Yes I am grumpy tired of crummy service.

We love Braums but don't live anywhere by one these days. We try to stop when we see one. Best ice cream! Food seems typical Braums; but soooooooo slow. Don't stop if you are in a hurry.

I feel invisible! Stood at the counter for a long time to let them know I was already done with my food and still had not received my shake. Everyone just looked past me as if they knew I had a complaint and it wasn't their job to deal with it. Braums used to be my favorite burger in town but it has become subpar at best and they has 0 customer service. I will not be returning for a while!

I like going to the market It's a little bit higher on some things but it's quick and easy, Well sometimes Most of the time it's a long wait. Brown's restaurant have a Policy that if they're not making a certain amount of money then they're sending employees home. The biggest thing that bothers me about this restaurant is that you hardly ever get fresh food. Burgers are not hot fries are cold and you tell them that and you get attitude. Long wait's in drive thru and for along time a junk car sat right up front. Sad cause management knows that the cold food is going out.went in today for a few things never waited on and left items on the check out counter. Braums has not responded to any review on this page.

Love love love normally. But the past few times I have been very disappointed! Today I would have fired almost everyone there. My husband was ready to walk out. The floor has a huge puddle of water. Assuming that the fountain drink machine is on the Fritz. But hasn't been mopped up once. The employee who is on break is standing at the counter, complaining and blocking the customers who are trying to order. Three of the other employees are just standing there. Two of the employees are actually doing their job and running around in circles trying to get caught up. Disappointed.
