I worked there, had someone put his hands on me. I went to the manager about it & they did nothing besides (talk to him). later on, He put his hands on someone else & they filed police reports & sued or tried to sue the company over it & the manager almost lost his job bc the boy should’ve been fired when it happened to me. Now I can’t get hired again bc the manager didn’t do his job & I was/am to blame for why he almost lost his job & was involved in “conflict with a co worker” is what I was told in my interview recently.. This place is TRASH! Same thing happened to about 4 other people.

Fastenal is a great work environment. The employees there, as well as the Staff have things in order. The continuous customer satisfactory attitudes of everyone is an A+.I started working there on 1/22/2019 and I look forward to a long term career there.You can also order almost every kind of screw, nut, bolt, washers and/or fastener for every kind of job!

Very cool to deliver. Quick and easy. Open 24/7 even on Sunday they have early delivery. No appt needed.Good stuff guys. A+Ps. Delivery is around the building. First entrance n straight to the back

Drivers if loading here it's pain in a$$ they don't have office for shipping no restroom 🚻 and took them 3 to load they guy that load me he told me took him 45 minutes to load like I wasn't in my truck and didn't felt when he drives in with his forklift..and they are night loaders..

This place sucks. Walk in, workers are like cockroaches. They scatter when a person appears that needs help. Its "not my job" mentality. Wouldn't recommend
