over all not to bad, this guys go by appointment, but they loaded me an hour early. pretty quick in and out the door. clerks at the desk were nice. awesome lodging area for truck drivers. plenty of parking space. Shipping is on north side of the building, receiving is on south. Stay safe.

They were amazing. I had no hassle with them. Plenty of parking, overnight drivers lounge, clean restroom available. Great place to walk the dogs if you have any.My appointment time was at 2100Arrived at 19:00check in at 19:03Docked at 19:13started getting loaded at 20:00checked out at 20:45

This place has poor work ethics and I mean poor service and management that doesn’t care about the drivers who come to pick up loads. If you check in before your appointment time they will send you back to your truck till your appointment time but some days depending on who is at the front desk they will put you in a dock. But then they take their sweet time to load you. Management of this place needs to understand drivers are humans too who need to get loaded and keep moving to their destination not wait for hours and hours to get loaded. The other thing is getting paperwork that is like pulling a tooth because the office lady takes forever to get the paperwork out. At Simmons Pet Food Inc. be prepared to wait for a long time to get served.

I Picked Up from This Location. The Lady in the Office was Polite and Professional. I was Put in a Door Immediately. One of the Dock Workers Came Out to Tell Me They Would Have Me Loaded Quickly and He Wasn't Lying. I Would Definitely Want to Pick Up Here Again. Thank You Simmons

Coming from Professional driver.. Do not come here Before your appointment. I came here 10 hours before my appointment. Try to check in. They told me I can only check in one hour earlier. So that mean it's I will be here the next nine hours. . the good thing is they have truck parking. 😁

This facility should be shut down, they treat their workers like slaves. Pay is very low and the people in charge have a little group that basically watches over everyone just to gossip and snitch if they think people aren't working hard enough. There has been several times were people are sick and need to go home and they are forced to finish their shift. If they ever wonder why the turn over, look at who you have in management and that will be your answer. To anyone out there in need of a job please think swtice before going there, it's not worth it.

Not a bad facility. I got there 1 hour early, they put me at a door a few minutes later. they got me loaded and I left the facility at the time of load appointment time. NOT BAD.

Got here about 1:30 am went in the building just to get a snack lol and to see if I can park here for my 16:00 appt later today. The guy was like hold on your load might be ready And what you know my load was ready to load up. It was two other ladies in the office as well that further move the process. Just be patient with them. Got in the dock and they start loading me right away. 30 mins top. Mane I tell you God looks out high cause at the end of the day they didn’t have to load me up til my appt but they did. Thanks again now I can start up in the morning with a full clock. Hopefully it stays this way next time I come back. 10/10 oh yea they have restroom, vending machine and drink machine. With some comfortable chairs to sit in. Don’t be rude drivers and mess up a good thing here. Keep this place clean.Thanks to the other reviews I found this place with ease. There are also signs out that will point you in the right direction. Shipping on the back side.Let’s keep trucking drivers‼️‼️‼️

Awesome experience. Got straight into a door and didn’t take long to load. They have a huge lot they may allow overnight parking. Don’t follow the gps it will take you down a gravel road. Truck restricted 16gvw.

Took the load a day early immediately unloading you check in on the north side AKA shipping get unloaded on the receiving side also take 35 south until you see ta express turn left off the exit won't show up in gps new warehouses

Don’t show up early even 1 hr before your appointment they not gonna load you before your appointment time even if they gave you dock door my appointment was 12pm checked in 11:am lady she said we not going to start loading until your appointment time and don’t go to the TA truck stop you have paid the parking some Indian nasty owner will knock ✊🏾 your door
