Our chihuahua has been treated by Kutter since 2010. She is now 14 years old and is doing well. Kutter has recently had new owners and some internal procedure changes but their care for our dog has been always outstanding. Dr. Zimmerman is an excellent doctor. We have also used Dr. Arens and he is also excellent.

Great experience…very professional and friendly staff. Dr. Zimmerman and his vet tech Victoria were awesome and definitely know their stuff. They took their time and did an extremely thorough examination on our senior dog Sadie and answered all of our questions and concerns. Facility was very clean and the receptionist was super friendly.

Great place to get pet grooming and appointments done at. I have two pet rabbits, and this is the only place in the wichita area that I found that does rabbit grooming. On top of that, the staff is always very nice when I go in to drop off my bunny's and pick them up. They also have answered any questions or concerns I've had when I go as well. Would recommend this for any rabbit owner.

I definitely recommend Kutter Pet Care Center! My dog had an emergency and needed immediate care; after calling several other vet clinics which couldn't fit us in, Kutter pet care was able to do so. They were very kind and didn't charge us for his overnight stay. They're one of the few vet clinics I know of in the area that doesn't push things on you and lets you make your own choices about your own animal. Their clinic building isn't the nicest vet building I've seen but the building is clean, and the staff is straightforward.

Kutter Pet Care is one of the few Clinics that offer Grooming, especially for Cats. I have taken my Pets here years to be groomed. Both Janine and Jennifer are wonderful Groomers. I am down to only one Kitty now, and Jennifer does an excellent job making her look pretty. She books my appt. with no long waiting, and grooms her in a timely manner so i don't have to put her through the stress of waiting in a cage all day. Both Groomers are excellent at what they do, and might i add, Everyone in the Grooming department are helpful and pleasant to work with. If you are looking for top-notch Grooming, give one of these two Ladies a try, you won't be dissapointed!!

Very clean and neat facility with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Jen was especially helpful and gentle towards my dog. There was one older woman who was up front that handled my dog way too rough while trying to get her on the scale. I didn't appreciate that considering this was the first time my dog had been to this office, and was incredibly nervous.

I’ve been coming to Kutter for roughly three years. They’ve always treated me and my fur baby like family. I cannot say enough about them. Jen S always goes above and beyond for me and my pup. I stumbled upon Kutter Pet Care Center during an emergency with one of my dogs when my usual vet was closed. They promptly accommodated us, and within a week, my dog was back to her normal self. Dr. Z saw my daughter in-laws doodle who had a hot spot thatwasn’t healing. He examed the wound and administered medication. We always get excellent service at Kutter Pet Care.

Colt and Louie are always well taken care of at the vet clinic. Dr. Zimmerman and Dr. Arens are our dogs favorites! Louie is shy and very anxious around vets and Dr. Arens is patient with him and is able to check him out at him and get him what he needs. Colt loves Dr. Zimmerman and they love him. He did a great job on Colt's ACL surgery two years ago and has been very helpful with all of the medical issues he has as he is getting older. Them and their teams are so friendly towards our dogs and we are so happy they get this great care. They are always there with whatever we need when something comes up!

They were very nice, but they said my 5 yr old dog needed 50$ dog food, then needed over 700$ worth of dental work, we love her and took out a loan. Then they said it was only 400 and something we picked her up and they gave me 215$ back because she was so healthy, I cried over her health and teeth because of that.

Kutter’s did an excellent job taking care of our precious rat, Penelope. She had a large mass that Dr. Zimmerman was able to successfully remove, and the staff there treated our baby with love and care. It’s comforting knowing that they are willing to help animals of all shapes and sizes. We had called a few places prior that told us they wouldn’t do surgery on a rat, so we definitely recommend Kutter’s for being so willing to help out our girl. Penelope is now at home resting after her big surgery. ❤️

Charged me an extra $50 on top of what I already paid to be in the same room as my dog when she got put down (cause she was in extreme pain/old).They could have told me where to inject and I would have done it myself, the fact I had to pay to be with my darling when she passed (I was a child at the time) is ridiculous and cruel.

We love Kutter Pet Care Center! We have taken our two pups here since their first ever check-up and wouldn't consider going anywhere else! The techs treat our girls like their own. I have a dog sitter that is wonderful and was worried about my pet. Took her to the vet which is KUTTER PET CARE in Andover. Didn’t call me or ask for permission to treat or give medicine to my dog. Which is my dog By inheritance because my mom passed away and I inherited this dog. Cutters didn’t call me to confirm or ask but now they want to bill me because of what my mother signed “” Taylor @KUTTER said well unless your mother forged your signature.I said my mom’s dead that would be really hard for her to do!Taylor says what do you want me to do Hollie. I simply asked her to make things right and she said that they didn’t do anything wrong.that’s why I go to the vet clinic in El Dorado!
