So sad. This used to be a great Dillons. But now there's constant issues with grocery pickup and the management is incompetent as well. Never do I get a full order with all my items in it,, Items they say are out of stock are in the bag yet, items they say that are IN stock are missing. I leve instructions for my meat to be tenderized, it NEVER is. So the pickers don't understand simple instructions, and they just grab any produce. They don't ever pick ripe or nice items. Half the time I get semi bad items. Bout done with Dillons all together. Update: the pickup manager called me back. Issued me a $15 gift card..at least it's something.

The Mac and cheese in the deli is always dry and the other food looks old at 5pm. It’s been a favorite Dillon’s but I have been trying to get mac and cheese here for probably 6 months and it’s always dry and stuck to the pan. The Augusta Dillon’s doesn’t have this problem and it is a much smaller Dillon’s. It’s just disappointing.

The meat counter is like a mini butcher shop, and I love the cheese bunker. The deli serves Chinese and American comfort foods. You can get sushi here as well as fried chicken and get a sandwich made with cold cuts.

The store itself is always fine but the self checkout is ridiculous- how can you steal something g AFTER you’ve scanned?? It always beeps at me thinking I’m not putting that item where it’s supposed to go. How do you bag a 40 pound tub of cat litter? It’s in my cart 🤣🤷‍♀️ and I’ve scanned it. Anyway, I also won’t be eating at the Chinese deli anymore 😣 we had it the other night and it was awful, no taste, bland, all the chicken was dry. It used to be really good and flavorful. Not sure what happened but very disappointing.

Barb in bakery is my absolute HERO andDILLIONS BETTER BE GIVING THUS Sweet Lady A HUGE RAISE for need a cake for my sons 3rd birthday last minute could find no one to make it except for Barb... They leave expired and past sell by products on the shelves. In return, order Pickers grab these items. I tried to work out the issue with Dillons, but I can't get ahold of anyone. All I wanted is a replacement, all the hassle so I'm having to go through I'm requesting a full refund purely based on my time expended. Never heard boo from this store.I went in today I had a cart full of groceries and they were too oblivious to open a register, never had an issue at other dillons/Kroger's across several states only this facility.

We decided to order flowers for our dads funeral from Dillons after the kindness we received from previous orders. Not only did they make beautiful arrangements but they also helped us save money to make the Urn arrangement ourselves. (This was so much more meaningful). Thank you for being so wonderful during this difficult time in our lives.

Visit 1 Sale pricing on meat is unclear, misleading, and confusing to the customer as total is not the prominent price. Management refuses to take accountability or addressVisit 2 With recent price increases, many items are priced far higher than the competition. Sale and coupon prices are often still above competitor retail.

the grocery pick up team and service is the best in the area!Thank you for always being on point. Even when I had to cancel an order 15 min before pick up they were still cheerful, not a sigh of frustration or anything!

I’ve been shopping at the Andover store for almost 20 years and have not ever been so impressed by an employee as i am with Diana. Her great customer service skills are the best. She treats you like family and that she genuinely loves her job. Her warm welcoming smile and conversation while checking my groceries is so welcome. It truly makes me glad i won’t shop anywhere else, and i have not felt that always there. Great job of finding Diana.

I absolutely love this store. It darn near has every food product I shop for and then some extra's. Special's, gas points, helpful butchers and my list could go on. They have meaty frog legs on sale at $8.99 a pound. I bought 5 lbs.

This is a picture of Topo Chico loose bottles. For some reason they take them out of the box. No one wants a warm Topo Chico single, so leave them in the box and put the singles in the fridge. Your welcome.

I went to Dillons Andover to get lunch. Did you know guys that you can go to Dillons seafood place and choose a piece of Salmon and they'll cook (bake) it for you.. you can choose spices like lemon pepper, Cajun and 2 other spices available.. the 2 I've mentioned are my favorite.. its delicious, affordable and healthy.. it takes 15 minutes but it worth the wait... I love it. Thank you Dillons.

I went in today two days before thanksgiving. It was super busy but Dwight who appeared to be filling the online orders and Brent who appeared to work at the fresh meat section both took time out of what they were doing to look in the back for a frozen turkey for me. I am 8 months pregnant and just really appreciated the extra effort they both put in. Also Bailey & Ashley and the third barista in the Starbucks were super sweet as well.

Been shopping at the store for 20 years and was checking out and noticed the ribs that I purchased had a horrible smell the cashier agreed the ribs were rancid spoiled. I was not upset, things happen etc. but what I was disappointed in was Kimberly in Customer Service (who I called) and the Customer Service (lady) Who voided out the ribs at the register… not once did they say “hey we’re sorry for this, this is embarrassing etc., this is not like us and should not happen.” My business will be going elsewhere and it probably won’t matter. But I will be telling everyone I know about this experience, watch out for the ribs!

I quit going to Dillon's at Harry & Webb because they only ever have 1 checker & sometimes 0. I end up having to bag my own groceries too when I do use the cashier. Often I self check & it's because they are so under staffed.THAT'S WHY I COME HERE. PLENTY OF STAFF TO HELP. THANK YOU. ALSO LOTS MORE GLUTEN-FREE ITEMS. MUCH APPRECIATED. LOVE THE CLOTHING AREA AS WELL. YOU ALWAYS HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED & I'M IN & OUT IN 15 MINUTES. (Harry & Webb takes 30-45 minutes). WORTH THE DRIVE.

Absolutely the Rudest staff, the gal at the check out, was rude to the person she was checking out ahead of me. Because she was using her EBT card, rather than a debit or credit card. Honestly some of the Rudest people in Andover. I travel the Midwest, conducting business. I stopped off to check out the location. As I was walking down the Isles, I was almost run over by an Employee who was operating a pallet jack, I said hey please watch what you're doing, obviously he didn't have a clue I was there. No idea of his surroundings. He just looked at me dazed and confused, definitely needed to bring up his awareness.

I am fairly sure I left review before but can't find it. Every time I go to the store it seems I have to check every expiration date on what I want to buy. When I don't I am garanteed to end up with something expired or will expire in a couple days. The items are never discounted at that point like every other Dillons I have been to in the tri city area. I no longer feel safe about buying food and drinks from this store because the staff doesn't do their job properly when it comes to items that are bad or about to expire. I have lived in the area for over 4 years and it has been like this since year 2.

Just found out that the deli has changed their individual side container to a much smaller size and are still charging $3. The old lid doesn’t fit the new container so it was wrapped in plastic wrap and the gravy went everywhere.
