Our dog Finnegan had to have a leg amputated and has been receiving Physical Therapy from Eugene. We are so impressed with the PT program at Countryside. Finnegan has shown tremendous progress since he started physical therapy. He is getting stronger everyday and is definitely more confident. We are so thankful for Eugene and everything he is doing for Finnegan!!

I really Appreciated how Countryside worked with me as a new client several months ago in 2023, I had been driving around for hours trying to find a vet who would work with me I had a budget that I needed to work with and then I was told about Care Credit which I applied for and I was able to get the help I needed for my Lady and the Staff was very compassionate towards me and my Dog. This past week I took Lady back for her check up and to have her shots and nails cut, they were so kind and patient with her as she does not like her nails cut but they got it done without sedation. Thank you for your help we have definitely found a new Home.

We truly love our groomer and facility at countryside. However, the price increased again. We started a few years ago at $45 and now $60 for 11 lbs dog.

I apologize in advance but I want to do this place justice and I've taken my animals there for 15ish years maybe?? First time I was in a panic, my horse kicked my 6 mo old puppy Fango in the hip. I don't know why i went to countryside, it's certainly not the closest. I had a feeling. Fango had a broken (?) growth plate. The Dr's removed the entire hip joint.He never had ONE issue for the next 14 years. Well not with his hip! When he was 7 he found a corn cob. Fyi dogs cannot process corn cobs. They removed part of his intestine and the corn cob. (I still have the piece of corn cob!)About 6 years later Fango had suffered from pancratitis and also had cancer. This dog was my soul mate if you believe that kind of thing. He was with me for most of the worst times of my life. Finally we knew it was time. IF YOU READ NOTHING ELSE READ THIS. When I took my best friend in to end his pain they were not professional. They sat with me and cried in a beautifully appointed room designed for this experience. I don't know how long I stayed, a long time. It was so much better than the clinical experience I had been through before. Countryside is a state of the art facility but the reason I will always go there is their understanding and honor of the love and the bond of pets and their people.That would be a good place to stop but you should know I have had the full experience 😄. I initially awarded Countryside Pet Clinic a 5-star rating due to their extraordinary kindness when they provided me with complimentary treats to compensate for the extended wait during a triage situation. While I understand that such gestures may not always be possible, it left a lasting positive impression on my first visit to their clinic.However, my opinion shifted when I returned a week later seeking assistance with filling prescriptions for both of my dogs, specifically Brevecta. I was disappointed to learn that they could only fill one of my dog's prescriptions (the pet who they cared for the week prior), citing the need for an office visit for my other dog. I explained that they possessed my dogs' vet records, recent appointments, and a history showing wellness and vaccine checks just before our move to Kansas. One staff member appeared to empathize with my frustration regarding an unnecessary office visit charge.Consistency in good customer service is paramount, and I was disheartened that the office manager couldn't explore alternative solutions to retain a satisfied customer with a reasonable request. As I am in the midst of relocating, scheduling another appointment for a dog who had recently been cleared by our previous vet, and not exhibiting sick symptoms, was a significant inconvenience. This incident has led me to revise my rating to 4 stars, signifying that they are slightly above average but not exceptional.I found solace in being able to obtain my medications from my out-of-state vet, delivered through Chewy.

I wanted to share that these people were amazing to us during a very sad time for us. We had to put our mini wiener dog, Big Willy asleep after 14.5 years. He became suddenly I'll and in one day was gone. The doctor and staff were so kind, loving, and compassionate during this entire process. I highly reccomended them! Prior to him getting ill, they were so thorough in his care and prepared us for what eventually occurred. They are just the best in comparison to others we worked with in town.

It was my first time bringing River in for his exam and vaccinations and everyone there is so incredibly friendly and informative as well as very kind and gentle with my little guy. I’m pretty sure my cat was purring the entire visit - not even a flinch from him when given his vaccinations. I without a doubt will be continuing all future visits here.

I want to thank Countryside Pet Clinic & Resort, we recently had a beautiful stray we have been caring for at our door for months, and we had been trying to find if she had another home, so we took her to see if she was microchipped, and make sure she didnt have babies as she had gotten bigger over the past month or two around the midsection. Both my wife and I work long hours and we could only bring her right at 7 50, when they close at 8 PM. We asked them to just her scan her realizing the time, and the fact they were clearly wrapping up/closing, but not only did they go out of their way to admit her and do a full visit, they even checked her for fleas, applied medication, and checked her belly, involving most of the remaining staff still there. I want to thank them for taking her and us in so late, and being so helpful and receptive when they could have easily, and understandably, said they were closing up and to please schedule an appointment. This vet clinic really cares about people and animals, and we will be bringing our other animals to them in the future, I hope you do too!

Countryside Pet Clinic & Resort always goes above and beyond to make our dog and us feel comfortable. Our dog has some anxiety and that anxiety is heightened at the vets. We take our pup to doggie daycare & he loves it! The people who work here are very kind and professional. The facility is very clean and they have plenty of toys for the dogs to play with. Ike loves the other dogs, the red steps and all the crafts. The vets are amazing as well. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The first visit is good. Staff were nice. We booked the second visit for puppy vaccination in two weeks. We received the appointment message and confirmed the time on Nov 20th. However when we arrived there on time, the door was closed, nobody was there. No one tell us in email or msg or a call ahead of the time that the place will be closed. Not even a note at the front door to let us know they are not coming back that day. We wait there for 10min and left in big disappointment. Will not come back again.

Wonderful place, great people, they care about problems with older dogs and their compassion for the dog and the person driving the dog to the vet (because we all know the dogs own us) Is hands down the best I have ever seen!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

My dog, Oreo, has been going there since I adopted him 3 years ago. This place is by far the most caring vet we have ever been to. We always feel so welcomed there and they definitely treat him like he is their own. They always seem to get so happy when he is there and that makes me happy to know that he is loved and cared about at his vet. The only reason we are leaving this vet is because we are moving to Nevada and I only hope his new vet is half as caring as everyone here as been. Thank you guys so much for taking the best care of Oreo these past couple years, I truly couldn’t thank you guys more. We will miss you guys!

Brought my new Corgi Echo in for her first exam and 12 week shots. Everything went smooth, everyone uses your name when they speak to you, and usually with a smile. I Lost my last Corgi just before Christmas and they were so much help getting me through it and services handled. He was disabled the last 6 months of his life doing physical and water treadmill therapy offered in Andover. May be a little expensive at times when things hit at the same time, but they've always done right by me.

Doggy Daycare at Countryside is awesome! The attendants are so caring and my dog loves going! They send me pictures sometimes and I get to see what he's doing and I get to see how much fun he's having.The grooming services are also great and it's so convenient that my dog can do both in the same day.

Great rehab people and a terrific facility! They are giving me hope that I wasn’t sure I’d ever have again for my old dog with a degenerative spinal condition. If your dog can be helped they will help him.

The staff are caring and they get my questions answered from the wonderful Dr Bailey. My kitty has chronic anxiety and FIC. So I spend a fortune on medication and learning what to do and what not to do to make her life comfortable. ❤️💕

We take our dog Jacques to Countryside Pet Resort two to three days per week. Everyone there is friendly and attentive to out dog. The pet daycare is always clean. Jacques loves Countryside pet daycare. It's a treat for our to to socialize and play with all the other dogs. The staff even send pictures of Jock having a good time. He always looks forward to his daycare days!
