Took my dog to get trimmed, it came out good. But the owner tried to give our dog back with a collar that wasn’t even his. We went back multiple times trying to ask for it back and she just proceeded to tell us that she knew who had it and that she would contact us back when she had it and months later she still never did. Left the place WITHOUT a collar knowing we walked in with one. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if it was a 5 dollar colar but unfortunately it was 20. On the last attempt to retrieve it I was informed she had left on vacation just days after being told she had it in her possession. Don’t waste your time here.

She did an amazing Job on my puppy .its a 4 month old ball of fur. Her first trip and she didn't want to leave. She a burnadoodle and looks so cute. Thanks for the great job

We just had our dogs groomed in another state within the last week and weren't happy with the cut on her face so we stopped in to the Puppy's Palace and the owner, Ilse put her on the table and cleaned her up. We are so thankful for her willingness to help a traveler out. Thank you Ilse!

Definitely recommend!! She does a good job and it's not to expensive! We took our bernedoodle ther and he was alot of work I'm sure!!
