I love our local Ace Hardware store! The staff try their best to be helpful while providing exceptional customer service. If you’re a rewards member there are some additional perks you receive that are very much appreciated, like with complementary assembly of purchased items and delivery - although it’s not always same day due to how busy they are in store as well as with staffing and deliveries, it’s still a considerate service.

The only thing keeping a 5 star rating was the clerk that was very polite but NO COMMON SENSE...when checking out with enough merchandise that it's all over the counter he asked me if I needed a sack? I was appalled and pulled my shirt out and put all that I bought and carried it out this way....I won't go back if I have to deal with NO COMMON SENSE...otherwise it was a pretty nice store til checkout where my shirt was my sack. Sad

Very close to my home would prefer here than lowes. However was told they price match. Found a price difference online(Ace app) vs what was listed in store and was told that it was the instore price and could not adjust the price. Bit of a bummer. But such is life.

Always super helpful and nice about everything! I live in Rose Hill and go to this Ace due to convenience and knowing they have the things I'm looking for. They also have a rewards system and a military discount which is awesome in saving!

This is the best Ace Hardware I've ever been to. There is immediate engagement by employees from the moment you walk in. They go out of their way to help you with whatever it is that you need and are kind and professional throughout. "Sir" and "ma'am" aren't things you hear much of more in the retail context, but that's all you'll get here, and with a smile. They even opened the store back up one evening right at closing to facilitate a transaction when one of my family members needed a can of paint. That is uncommon service and I will go out of my way to give this store my business. You may pay a tad more than you would at Home Depot or Lowes, but their service and knowledge at this Ace far outstrips those businesses.

Had a good experience stopping in to buy some spring flowers. The woman taking care of the plants outside was very helpful and accommodating. The store had everything we needed and seemed to be fully stocked. Ended up picking up some tools and fasteners to hang some decor as well. Nice folks, nice place.

We just visited Ace Hardware in Derby. We had a very pleasant experience at the check out. Evan was so nice to us he offered to help us with carrying our heavy purchase to our car. He was such a refreshing young man, he smiled at us more than once! Kiddos like Evan make us want to return to local stores. Great job Evan, keep smiling it is greatly appreciated!

I purchased a new rollaway toolbox, and Blackstone grill. Some other tools as well. Great selection and they didn't have the toolbox I wanted so we ordered everything online and picked it all up at the store. Great selection and very helpful and curtious staff.. They helped us load eveerything up. we will doing alot of shopping here.
