Wish employees would open more lanes and check out instead of them hovering around the items you're scanning when you have a cart full. Then, as you head towards the exit, you're greeted with them checking your receipt or checking tubs that were already checked as well. I understand there has been more action going on here. Less time just opening up more lanes.

Even though it was a Sunday, it wasn't crazy busy. An employee explained that it comes in waves. It was my first experience where I had all the help I needed from two awesome employees, whose names I passed on to a manager. My best Walmart experience ever!

The only place I shop the last 10-12 years. I go twice a week for groceries, clothes, hardware and small appliances. I save money and get everything I want at 1 store. Happy to have that convenience!Marty

I'm tired of this whole check yourself out! Why do they even have employees if not to use. I think we the people should start getting paid for checking ourselves out. People should be checking us out that are just standing around doing nothing not us. Then you wouldn't have to worry so much if someone is stealing cause you checked us out!! Duh!!!

Not my favorite place or Walmart Supercenter to shop at. There’s always so much stuff in the aisles, things are disorderly, and the lights are so dim that it makes it feel so dreary inside. It’s also hard to get help in the garden center. Finally, they often keep the garden center closed, making it very difficult to purchase anything heavy that’s displayed in the parking lot, such as soil, stone, pavers, etc.

What can I say, it's a walmart. Pretty clean and well maintained compared to other walmarts in the surrounding areas. Employees are just that. They're there until it's time to clock out. Definitely won't see anyone going above and beyond. Won't find any friendly staff going out of their way to help any customer.

I shop at the Pawnee and Broadway Walmart two or three times a week the only ones that are friendly are the greeters maybe a few of the cashiers it's sad that the non Walmart workers the ones that are stalking the products for their company or more friendly than the Walmart employees

Between the theft, and rude employees with bad attitudes and generally not being around, and heaven for Ed if you need anything unlocked from the cases in electronics dept. Then there is the very HUGE issue of never having more than one cashier, like they are trying to force you to use self checkout...I'm sorry I don't work for Walmart, and I don't wanna take from human people needing a job. Walmart has their issues and they've been going down hill for awhile now let alone constantly being in the news for one thing or another, but I won't get on that one...

Picked up a Ninja Professional Plus BN700 blender with warranty after calling customer service we determined it was defective the next day returned it for a refund and purchase another one which worked perfectly thank you for the smooth return process

It's a good store, used it almost 20 years. My son eve worked here for a couple years thru college. It's a Walmart, it's clean and safe.

I am a full time door dasher and generate a full-time income out of my car. Today I picked up one order and delivered it to the customer, received a second pickup order from this location but this time was refused the items by pickup staff even though my car contained the same items. I’ve done almost a thousand deliveries, and countless ones from this store in particular. The items that were deemed to be messy were my spare tire if I should have a breakdown, a cooler to keep frozen items in, a grocery basket, and an insulated cooler bag to deliver in. In my back seat I have my pizza bag, and a notebook to log orders in, as well as my precious cargo, Winnie. I even offered to move everything into the front seat but the manager refused to reason with me. DoorDash still paid me for the order but I likely will not be accepting orders or shopping at this location after this incident. If you notice, these photos are taken in the pickup parking on site

I was told 1.5 hours for my vehicle to get a tire replaced. Almost 3 hours later they still haven’t got to it. I understand being busy, but I don’t like being lied to about how long the wait is, especially since i work night shift 12s.

Out of stock often, the store is old and decrepit, shelves are very messy and disorganized. The worst Walmart in the Wichita area, they do a great job at keeping both the Dillon’s stores in Derby in business.

So I went to Walmart in derby thinking I would get my daughters car and mine an oil change real quick today and I went to find out the status of the cars and they said “oh, we were just fixing to call you. Was your window broke when you got here?”“Uh no”*shows me a picture of my broken window“Uh no that was not like that when we got here”There was nothing of any value in the car and we had only been there like 30 minutes and someone decided “f_ck this car window!” For some reason and bustedOf course security cameras didn’t catch anything and no one saw anything.come for the $50 oil change…leave with no oil change and a busted window.I would suggest that you go somewhere more reputable than Walmart. It’s worth the extra money to go somewhere else and not get your property Damaged

For the cosmetic department they watch you like you're a criminal. Then, when you walk out with your item/s they'll have you pay there OR you can put it in some sort of lock box thing.Everywhere else is a mess.Especially when you walk out there's this grumpy lady who wants your recipt so bad; she'll criticize how you shouldn't throw it away and have you grab it out of the trash.

Worst place ever to shop .I asked four people to help ME ANd they had avocados that were hard as a rock and every single one ignores me and I WILL NEVER SHOP Here AGAIN. Same employee has questioned me twice about using the electric scooter. I am legally disabled. I have spent thousands of dollars there over the years. Some employees should keep their opinions to themselves.
