I love Tan however there is a huge communication barrier with Emily. Pharmacy made a mistake and cancelled a prescription that I have been on for over 15 years. (Blaming my doctor when they put the wrong Rx number on it.) Not happy... I will have to wait on Tan or talk with my doctor tomorrow. My time is valuable too. They cancelled the wrong prescription and am showing that I take it. Smh.... Not Happy!

Lots of workers but many are online shopping for on line orders. Customer service is hit and miss. Self checkout in my opinion is main check out feature. Rarely have two or three cashiers. Not a bad neighborhood market if know when they replenish the shelves with groceries so you can find and or get what you need.

Always a good choice and great prices at Walmart Neighborhood Market! Very friendly staff. I was very pleased with the Pharmacy staff today. He helped me find a cheaper generic prescription without me even asking!

I cannot say enough good things about the pharmacy staff here. They are always so helpful and patient. We drive past no less than 5 other pharmacies to come here because of the customer service we receive. I feel the staff have gone above and beyond to help us resolve payment issues when I have coupons or once when I couldn't figure out why my discount card wasn't working. I never feel rushed or like they are impatient with me. From the techs to the pharmacists, everyone is pleasant and helpful. They give the impression of having great teamwork. I honestly have never had a negative experience here in the more than two years we have been utilizing their services.

All ok cept for prices ughh everywhere and also having to buy own cashier stops me from getting more groceries. So I buy very little when I have to check my stuff out. Other than those issues I got what little I come for.

This Walmart has great selection of fruits and veggies and the prices are better than other stores nearby. Cheaper cat and dog food and the staff is very helpful too. I love their fresh flowers ( great selection at affordable prices). I love shopping at this “little Walmart “ 🙂

Store is always well stocked and always has what I need.The workers usually seem to actively avoid customers, though. Purposely not making eye-contact, refusing to greet customers or ask if they need help, etc. Many of the employees seem anti-social or a little “woozy”, but I do empathize with them because I don’t know many outstanding people who choose to have a career in retail, especially at Walmart.Overall great store though.

Clean and we'll stocked. Sad, no humans at the checkout. Walmart is well on it's way to eliminating humans as cashiers.Store had stockers and cleaning crew. But no human cashiers.

I moved to Derby recently and this was my first time in the Derby Walmart Neighborhood Market. It was a very pleasant experience. It was not crowded, I easily found what I was looking for, and the employee in charge of Self Checkout was friendly and helped me feel welcome there.

I have been doing the grocery pickup and it's very convenient but I am unhappy about how they receive money out of my bank account. They will take the charge that day then 4 or 5 days later put it back into my back then remove it again days later! This is just unexeptable

Very friendly employees, store is very nice and clean. Even though some items are actually cheaper at the full Walmart in the same town I will go here just because it’s not crazy crowded with rude customers!! Even the customers seemed nicer!

Great to have a smaller Walmart in Derby! Weekends are still very busy, so make sure to go during week days to avoid the crowd. Do not think they have correct electrical as the power went out while trying to pick up prescription. They did not have back up power for pharmacy. Had to come back 5 hours later when power was restored. Employees in pharmacy were nice enough to call me when power came back on. Too many self check outs, but no self checkout discount!👎 Usually have a cashier or two working, but they might turn you away if it's not a regularly open lane, bad customer service on that note. Shelves are usually better stocked than similar sized, near by grocery stores. Cannot return items from another Walmart here though, so again downside. Parking lot is well lit and plowed when there is snowfall👍 Like that they are open a little later than others nearby! Seasonal items are nice to choose from as well. Fresh fruits and vegetables very fresh, flowers not so much. Workers will tell you where an item is located, but do not like to walk you to it and give outstanding customer service :/ Overall better than supercenter!

Linda is the best cashier there! Friendly cashiers, clean store, usually has all the items we need when we need it. The fruit is pretty tasty and I've never had an issue with the quality of products. If there is any question, the management take great care of you!

I really like this place, lots to chose from. Staff is friendly, and its not as busy as Walmart. One thing that I didnt like to see today was a employees out front smoking. Ugh .... So nasty to see him smoking as he puts his hand to his mouth.🤮 then smell it as you walk by. This is something mangement needs to put a stop to. Have them go to the back of the store, or their car.Its a nice store though

Not the locations fault, great place, great people, but corporates guidance issues. Was denied a booster shot cause insurance is no longer accepted. Current administration preaching the availability everywhere but failed to mention it was dependent on your insurance.

Clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Not nearly as crowded as a typical Wal-Mart, but still has everything you could need, including pharmacy. We get the same cashier every time and she is very personable.

We stop there every trip from Wichita, KS. Today 5/17/22.. Get to check #1.. The cc machine kelp giving a code 61.. It would take my debit card..well thank you Lord, we had cash to pay for the $133.order.. What is crazy my card worked down the road and at a ATM to replay my cash..😠😠😠..the men's restroom, was nasty..one of the wall urinals, has pee over, flowing on to the floor. 🤢. Associate, into it..hoply it got cleaned up.

Love this store! It is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Its smaller size makes it simple to navigate, and they are usually not crazy busy, so I can get in and out quickly.

Had everything I had on my long list. Parking was close to the entrance and not too many people were in the store so I made it through the checkout line in record time. The cashier was polite and efficient, did an excellent job, kudos to her. A great experience!

What few times I've been here, to use the restroom, it's been a good experience. This time they had classical piano music playing, which I'd never heard before.
