Appreciate Pharmacy being open until 9pm. Wichita Dr. appt. Rx wasn't going to get back to Winfield B4 my Pharmacy Closed. Pharmacist also helped me select OTC eye drops. Walgreens fun to shop Seasonal items & new cosmetics. Best variety. Everything is great until Check Out. Never fails, anytime I give Walgreens another chance, there is ALWAYS problems w/register ringing up incorrectly. Don't matter KS, OK, Iowa, FL. Deceptive advertising and outdated registers. NEVER LEAVE UNTIL YOU DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. Might be why there is staff turnover. I feel sorry for the Cashiers. They are just the messengers doing as told.

The most incompetent, unorganized, lazy, slow, no communicating pharmacy staff EVER. I understand being busy and understaffed but they have 5-7 people working right now and NO ONE is on the same page. It takes two weeks for one simple script to be filled along with my doctor calling SEVERAL times and not because they don’t have the medicine….

By far the worst experience I’ve had at a pharmacy. Literally every time there is some kind of problem. No stock, serious delays, etc. And if it’s a controlled prescription, might as well forget about it. If they don’t have stock they will just never fill it. Customer service is far from their priority. Won’t last with this level of service.

DO NOT GET PERSCRIPTIONS HERE. By far, it is the worst pharmacy or business I've ever dealt with,(and that's saying something, I've been to Eddys Toyota and Rusty Eck.) They gave my wife's medication to the wrong person twice, and one of those time's it was hydrocodone after she had surgery. Thankfully, the person didn't take it or give it to their kid thinking it was their prescription and returned it. Constant delays, unorganized, lack of knowledge on submitting insurance, glitchy computer systems that reset called in dates (or employees dont know how to work them, im guessing) and pharmacy staff other than the pharmacists giving bad advice on how to take medication or are oblivious to what is going on. Word of advice: If you want a prescription filled in a timely manner, get your next prescription called in the day after you receive the first. That way, you may actually get it filled by the time the first one runs out. (Only 20% joking)

This pharmacy is very unreliable and cannot be trusted with things as important as a person's medication. Sometimes they are the only ones that can get my pills without any dye but other times they don't even bother to fill it. They claim "I don't know who you spoke to last time but there's nothing I can do about it, I can't speak for them and I don't know anything about it". So after I'm "dismissed" my prescription will never be filled despite calling multiple times inquiring about it. Anything but taking responsibility for their incompetence.

This place is terrible. Always looking for something or did not fill it even though notified it was done. I remember when Walgreens was the place to go. What the heck happened?? I’m changing pharmacies.

Do NOT get your meds here. There isn't even a pharmacist , they pull from other stores. They can literally shut down at anytime. I will not be getting my medications here. If you need something fast or urgent go elsewhere.

I cannot give a negative star for someone that never has anything ready when they say they will. Makes excuses like “I don’t know who you spoke to last time”. When my doctor calls me on a Friday and tells me it is through insurance and should be ready today. I wait until Monday bc I KNOW Walgreens won’t have it done. Then it is run through the wrong insurance bc who knows why we keep OLD insurance in the computer for over two years?? Then you say it will be a couple days, by Thursday it is still not ready! If this was not an EVERY month thing, I wouldn’t take the time to write a review. It’s just horrible. Update: after receiving a text it was ready, I go to get my med and they can’t find it! The one I was just there 30 minutes ago looking for! How on earth can this happen consistently? I know they are busy, but on a consistent basis for 2 years! 🤦♂️

I walked into the store and was immediately followed. I had then grabbed a beach bag and I was walking around and the store clerk that was following me ran into and told to put my stuff back or buy it. After this I got really offend and walked off. She then continued to follow me and I was wanting to put my bag back and so I was walking to put the bag back and she came out of nowhere and grabbed the bag from my hands. She then harrased me about leaving the store. Therefore I give it a 1 star reveiw. This has never happened to me before and I was so frightened!

I made an appointment online for a vaccine. I have done this before at this store in the past and had no problem. Today, I had a 1pm appointment. I was told to take a seat. I waited for 45 minutes and went up to the window. I was told that they were closing for lunch and I would have to come back. The pharmacist was very rude. I went to find the store manager and was told that she doesn't come in on weekends. Apparently this is the way business is run these days. Needless to say I will not be going back to this store or any other Walgreens store.

I printed off some documents for yearbooks for my class. They came back in black and white and 2 of the books has ink missing. I keep thinking that maybe the black and white was a my bad but I didnt see a full color option so didn't think anything of it. 😕 when I called about the 12 pages messed up all that was said was "we can reprint them for you" . when I explained the only reason I was at that location was cause it's the only place that has my meds I could find and it's way out of the way all I got was dead silence. I literally would spend more in gas driving back there and back home than the $3 of pages is worth 😪

Their pharmacy is disgusting. If you look behind the counter while you are in the drive thru you can see trash everywhere. It looks completely disorganized and quit frankly it looks dirty and unkempt. I even saw a lady filling a prescription (counting pills) with no gloves on standing at her computer. That is completely unsanitary and for someone who works in what is considered a health care position should know this. Thier are several people who work there yet, prescriptions are never done on time and I always have an extended wait while at the drive thru. My final straw with their pharmacy was again when I saw the lady counting pills with no gloves on and I actually took the time to see how incredibly disorganized and unsanitary their pharmacy looked. That along with employees standing around talking instead of helping customers. I now use DAMM pharmacy across the street from them and their employees are amazing. The pharmacy is extremely clean and I get great service there.

This pharmacy absolutely sucks. They never refill on time and they seemingly intentionally waste your time.I had to jerk around and waste 3 hours today waiting for a scrip to be filled only to have them tell me they were out of stock after making me wait. Absolutely disrespectful and rude.

Do NOT Recommend for Vaccinations! They want you to schedule an appointment but are never prepared and make you wait an hour to an hour and a half before you receive your shot. They weren’t super busy either they had down time just standing there and they still make you wait. Spoke to with the store manager and head pharmacist and both had no excuse or reason for the super long waits every-time. Definitely scheduling vaccinations ANYWHERE else!

Had such a great experience with Cathy on 05/08/2020. She was tending to the beauty area and greeted, complimented me (which was not needed but greatly appreciated) and then further assisted me with some moisturizer and face cleaning products I needed. This was by far the best customer service I have had in an extremely long time. I actually felt like I was not working for associates but that they were working for me and I was a priority. To top it off she even told me about the promotion they had going on and I qualified for it with my purchases and received many complimentary items.Thank you Cathy,Ashley

The pharmacy was closed at 4 last Thursday. My daughter called on Friday and they said they had a pharmacist but when she showed up half an hour later the was no pharmacist. I will be finding a new pharmacist.

Asked an employee to assist in locating a few items that I could not find. She refused saying she was on the register, yet she just came from an isle where she was stocking or facing items on a shelf so she can actually leave the register area. One of my items was behind a locked glass case and she still said "she could not help doordashers shop". Ummmm I was unaware that customers can unlock the cases. Poor customer service!!!!

One problem right after another with the Pharmacy. They are out of stock, charge the wrong price because they forgot to enter insurance or manufacture discount, and they are just down right rude. To many delays, to slow in filling your order. Time to change.

Tonight at 8:52pm, I bought a First response Digital pregnancy test. Very excited to use it ofcourse! And an hour and two went buy both pregnancy test are defective. Called and asked if I could at least exchange it because it’s not cheap at all and all they said is contact First response and so I did and also reported the store that they are selling defective pregnancy test.

Not really a great pharmacy. Ladies there keep telling me I don't have a prescription and when I show them my phone notice, they get all defensive saying things like my doctor must not have put it in right.... Girl I've been picking up from here for months.... If this was a one off issues. There is one guy there that seems to have his act together and is probably the only one who ever tells me straight, even if it's just the system being stupid.

Sat in the drive thru at the window to pick up meds. Person didn’t even acknowledge my presence. No one else in line. I understand you may have a to chart something in the computer but at least say “ be with you in a minute”. Sat there for at least 5 minutes before going in to get my meds. On the upside when I went in, there was no wait.

BEWARE !!!!!Be very careful when filling your prescriptions here !! I was shorted twice class 2 narcotic. The first time I thought maybe , I had accidentally taken too many on a couple of days or maybe dropped some , some how. The 2nd time I was short over 10 pills and know 100% that the shortage came from them. I went back to the pharmacy and asked them to count there stock and see how many they were over , because I was short at least 10 pills. I was basically told , that their count was correct and my story was not believable and that they double check and triple check counts. So I had to suffer for over a week because of a thief that they have amongst their staff. I have switched to derby , drug and am already saving $25 a month on my prescriptions that Walgreens was over charging me on my copay s. Not sure how the same drugs and same insurance can have different copays either. But thank you Walgreens for stealing my prescription for the last time.

Photo department never makes sure the photos being printed are centered. Too many times I’ve had heads cut off of my pics. I’ve never made much of a deal of it given most of my pics were okay but this last time I paid for over 100 pics and lots were like this. This particularly makes me mad given most of those were photos of my Father that died and I was wanting to frame them in remembrance! 😡

Derby Walgreens Catalina machine never works, managers are rude and don’t ever want to help, and it’s not only one manager it’s this whole store at anytime you go. This is the only Walgreens that can never help or find a solution for there customers.

Edited in 2018. No longer any bad smells. Nice place to shop. What is up with the disgusting smell? The clerk told me that she hardly notices it anymore and that it's caused by their trash compactor. I had to leave because it was so bad!

Was reading the back cover of a book I was considering getting as a gift at the Walgreens in derby KS. Was told that Walgreens does not allow customers to read books before purchasing them. Stupid. Found book online from the publisher for half the price anyway so thanks I guess

Went to use the toilet paper coupon that's on the Walgreens app at this store. The coupon wasnt applying so they called over the manager. She walked over and basically told me that I needed to call customer service to get it to work. She said there was nothing they could do, which was a straight up lie, this store is never anything but problems
