I took my dog g in for a shampoo and to have his nails done. He has been going there for years. The groomer for me that the shampoo, and now it was a package, and it would be Decom and blow drying too which OK that’s fine. I said go ahead I went shopping came back he wasn’t ready he was still being blowdried and she told me that he needed his haircut. She argued with me about it. I didn’t want his haircut, but around his butt, she said that she couldn’t technically let him leave if he had not in his hair and I had to be out. I told her no do not cut his hair. I came back he was still in blow dryer and I saw how much longer she said is a four hour job I’m like I’m not no I’ve never had a four hour job with my dog just getting a shampoo and now trimmed argue with me some more I said I just wanna take my dog home he’s washed all I want to pay for it it was $90. The store manager took 30 off but paid 15 four dollars for a shampoo. His nails never did get done very disappointed will not be returning much of it cost me $54 to have my dog get a bath.

Brought my yorkie in for trim to head and legs paws. They added a 24$ charge that I did not approve. I brought my own shampoo. They charged me 83$ and had her for 3.5 hours. She is a tiny little thing and to take that long and only trim her head paws and legs. They took the 24$ off but still 62$ is a lot for the head and legs paws to be trimmed.

Michelle was fantastic with both dogs! She was gentle and reassuring with one very scared and anxious regarding a nail trim. She was super gentle and patient with my older dog who didn't like forced air or standing for long periods. She offered tips for brushing at home. He smelled great and felt fabulous. I know he felt better with all the hair gone!

I have used Petco grooming services for about two years. The only thing that disappoints me is that my dog's original groomer moved to Florida. (Not your fault). However, He will be seeing Andrea again in six weeks and my wife, dog, and I are all very pleased with her.

All of the staff was friendly. My dog has had the same groomer and he goes with her with no trouble. The groomer gave me an accurate time for when she'd be finished and she does a great job consistently!

Well, I have been taling my pet for 2 years now. Everytime I come in I have to open a new pet rewards account. The system never saves my information and this is futile because I never accumulate points because of this. I am too frustrated to come back.

Not crazy about paying $26 for basic services, then being asked to leave a tip. The young man did a nice job as far as I know, but I won't leave a tip based on the cost of the service.

There fish dept is the best I have found in the witchita area. They changed me from another store. This store was did not have the one on one compassion for there customer . I would recommend Dearby ks petco to anyone.
