The owners are one of the very few nicest people I have ever met in a business. They know you by name. They love to joke around and make your experience fun. Very helpful, great info on their products & also own a t-shirt,banner,car sticker making etc business next door that does a lot of business. Was very pleased with my order. One of my favorite places to visit. Has abundant choices of both house and premium juices and vape products that fit all budgets. A++

I'll drive out of my way to visit this shop! Too many other places act either like they don't have time for you, or your questions are silly. The McVapour staff are always friendly, helpful and they treat their customers like they are valued. Other shops could learn customer service skills from this staff. Their product is always fresh. They always have enough staff on duty to keep customers from waiting up to 15 minutes for service like is the norm in other shops. I've been a customer for nearly two years after my previous shop insulted me for my tank preference.

I've been coming here for 4 years now and I love it. McVapour is the only place I get my mods and juice from. Super nice and helpful staff with owners that are on site every day that are dedicated to their customers. They have the best prices and also offer a 10% discount to military, aircraft, and first responders.

The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and really helpful. I had about 27 questions and he answered them all lol. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Very friendly and wonderful service. Good prices in my opinion as well.

Great customer service, very friendly and had exactly what we needed. My wife wanted to have a E-cig for home and didnt like the harmful effects of regular cigarettes. Darris the store manager was extremely helpful and knowledgable. We will be back for more! "McVapors" highly recommended.

The staff is always right there to help. They are very knowledgeable and they recommend the right product without pushing it on you. They go out of their way to provide a great customer experience. I wish they opened earlier today. Broke my e-cig and need a new one but I refuse to go someplace else to get one. They know how to create customer loyalty.

This is my favorite shop. They usually have what I need and they and vary friendly and known what there talking about. If your just trying to make the jump from cigarettes to an ecig I would recommend going here they can help you get started for not a hole lot of money.

Bought an email cig to quit smoking and the guys there were more than accommodating. Bought an e cig. Brought it home and I got a dud and went back a couple hours later and they gave me a new one that worked with no hassle. HIGHLY recommend this place. These guys are great.

To tell the truth, I love these guys..Every one of them treat me and others, the way they would want to be treated. Respect for others goes a long way.. Needed a Artic BTDC coil, was in Wellington Kansas and was going to be running a train home to KC. I looked online but i couldn't tell if there was one by the railroad tracks. Coming through Derby I noticed the shamrock logo and just verly was able to get the train stopped, so I could walk back to the store. I got there and the store wasnt opened for another hour, but the super cool guy inside, opened up just to help me out! I will tell all my Railroad brothers to let them know where the store is. I didn't get the employee working there's name, but thank you! You deserve a raise for great customer service!
