I love Kohls but their selection of women’s clothing is very poor. Ugly tops. Never size 11/12 or 14 medium pants. Hopefully they will change! It’s my favorite store for now!

Store was unkept, store was a mess. I could not find anything because shelves were in a disarray and empty. Management and staff were very rude. Will never shop at Kohl's in Derby again. I went to Kohl's on Rock Road night and day difference. Store clean, shelves full of merchandise, someone always there to help. Much better experience. Shows what good mgmt does for a business.

It's a nice enough store. Love having amazon returned items at this location, but that has nothing to do with store quality. Been going to this Kohl's for almost 20 years and not much has changed.

Just a slightly better shopping vibe for me than hitting Walmart or Target. Not a huge fan of the pretend savings they present (the same items cost the same there as you will find other places). Also not a fan of the Kohls Cash - I don't like being manipulated into coming in on certain dates to realize my fake savings. If it weren't for these two practices I would probably shop there for most standard home and clothing items. Instead, I usually just go in to buy work clothing, and men's basics.

Went there for towels for my niece for her birthday. The selections on the walls where very depleted. Had a hard time finding a set. Finally found some in the colors we wanted. The price Checker in the men's dept. Was not working. The whole store was really light on merchandise throughout the store. The cashier was very friendly.

This is one of my favorite places to shop. Their shoe department is better than any other department store, and they have a great selection of men's and athletic wear. I can't beat it when looking for that right gift for my wife. The employees are warm and friendly, and I'm always greeted with a smile. I go down the street to the Derby Walmart, and they look at you like you have 3 heads if you ask them a simple question. Especially the sweathog who works in apparel . The associates at Kohl's always treat me like they are happy that I am there. If I ask them where a particular item is, they will immediately drop whatever it was they were doing, and escort me to the exact location where the product is located.The restrooms are a 1000 times cleaner than Walmart's. They have a drop off for Amazon returns, which is so convenient. You don't usually have to worry about boxes or labels, and although I would gladly pay for this feature, they give you a 20% discount coupon for using this valuable service! There are many sales, and huge amounts of items on clearance. I mean the good stuff like Izod, Nike, Champion, Columbia, Under Armour. Their flagship brand Sonoma is quality merchandise and very affordable.

It's Kohl's nothing out of the ordinary but it's a good location. I like this location a lot! It's rarely overwhelming. I'm not a fan of shopping in close contact with others and this is a great physical location I can consistently shop at without having to interact with many people.

There is nothing wrong with the store if you aren't petite then you have it made. I do love there pots and pans and dishes and vacaums. Shoes nice pickings for the kids for all ages.

Such a good selection at good prices. A majority of the stuff is decent quality at an okay price, but some things you have to watch out on. Sonoma branded products have usually lasted around a year for me, most recent issue was the stiching unraveled the entire left leg of my pants...ouch.

Best place to buy name brand sneakers! Something is always on sale and it's a REAL sale, not the jack up the price and claim 15% off kind of sale that many retailers are guilty of. I got a pair of Fila shoes for under $28.

Michelle at Derby Kohl's customer sevice was amazing! My sister and I were trying to find two specific shirts that weren't in store and we couldn't find online either. With a lot of kind friendly help from Michelle we were able to find and order everything we wanted. A very enjoyable experience!

Rude staff management and cashierNo assistanceUnwilling to honor Kohls word or coupon, and no sense of pride in the store.Cashier unable to understand a simple question I asked. She kept explaining something I understood completely. I finally just said nevermind, bc I clearly wasn't going to get an answer to it.Overpriced, impatient,1 decent sales staffmember, but only after I stressed that I needed help finding an item.. then reiterated I needed help.She later told me they didn't have items their website said were in stock at that store (& I drove out of my way for, stating that's not correct):Lied about available items I inquired about without looking for them whatsoever. I found the exact item I needed and precisely told they didn't have, saying "no,this is all we have". After I told her I found items online and they said "in stock" (my guess...bc she just wanted to leave/ too lazy to help look), she said, "yeah, that(the website) not right".Extremely dissatisfied with service, lack of assistance, unfriendly, rude, and unwilling to help, to understand, and a waste of my time.I'll never go to that store again!

Lot of times order on line and do ship to store and pick up to avoid paying shipping. Most of time end up going into Wichita as the inventory is more plentiful

Customer service is unbelievably bad. If a customer asks a simple question regarding kohl’s cash, any associate should be able to explain or answer the question. Instead, the answers I received were “ I don’t know” it’s absolutely unacceptable and definitely not good customer service. I won’t be returning. The clothes are hideous and overpriced anyways. Kohl’s used to be somewhat of a higher end store when compared to Target but they’re no better then Walmart at this point, just pricing like their Dillards.

The few Employees I saw were nice. The Store needs more help it was cluttered. Either Kohls has really gone down hill or Retail needs to pay better. You over charge for your stuff pay your people.
