This 10⭐️ review is solely for the floral shop, right at the north entrance of the Derby Marketplace Dillons. Chantel and her crew are the absolute best in their business, offering engaging service, rockstar arrangements and gifts, and a breathtaking presentation of plants inside and outdoors. This floral shop is a true gem of Derby and I recommend it to all of Kansas.

This is my main grocery and pharmacy. The pharmacy is really amazing. All very polite. Knowledgeable and professional as well. I actually like when it's time to shop.

Great food and selection. The prices are reasonable especially if you follow the sales. I highly recommend shopping here. This store location is a lot larger than most and offers clothes, shoes, and even home decor. If you’re in a hurry, I recommend stopping by the smaller store nearby. Otherwise this one is great and has everything you need to shop for at just one store.

I’m so glad that there is a huge Dillion’s in Derby! They have a great selection on flowers and foreign food ingredients! The salad bar is good and has a ton of veggies and salads. The seafood is so good especially the salmon and tilapia! The best thing about it is they serve sushi and it is good! It’s always fresh and well made. The store itself is very clean, well stocked and very well staffed!

the people that shop for click list customers need to remember they are still employees when shopping for customers and REMEMBER THEIR MANNERS . All of them seem oblivious to the fact that customers are shopping also. They block the enter aisle LITERALLY and never appear to notice others need passed them. They never use courtesy words, please, excuse me , etc. I had one even push in front of me to get to a cooler. They really need training BADLY . this girl literally had cart sideways in aisle. I waited 2 min before I took picture and she still never said excuse me or anything to me or the others that made it to her before she ever bothered looking up . Acted like we were in her way. SMH.

They have great produce and great bakery goods. Thats what I mostly go there for, but I also did most of my shopping there the last time I went, and they did have every single thing I needed. I went and got some school supplies, too. I would have normally thought they would be a little more on the pricey side, but it was pretty average as far as price goes. Some stuff was even cheaper with the dillons plus card. As soon as I go back, I will post the name of a worker up front running self checkouts. The past 3 times I have been, she is wonderful. She goes above and beyond for sure, and she helped my 5 yr old daughter sack some groceries. My 5 yr old was insistent that she did it, but she just needed a little help, and this lady was great with her and with helping me.

Just wanted to reach out and totally Bragg about the floral dept I called on a Sunday and ordered flowers to send to my elderly cousin that is in a nursing home in Mulvane Ks Chantel answered and let me tell you she was freaking Awesome so very professional and so very sweet to talk to she made it so simple thank you Kroger for hiring people like her. The flowers I heard were Amazing. Thank you Chantel hope to meet you some day

They had my party platters ready. They apologized for not attending me in a timely manner. (Thank you). And a deli lady was so sweet she gave me condiments for my sandwiches. The stores also is super big and carries groceries, clothing, and so much more. 😊

Went to pharmacy drive-thru window at rock and meadowlark in derby at around 4:00pm 4/22/23. Pulled away and forgot to check the paper bag that they are supposed to put debit cards into a bad policy I think. When I discovered my debit card gone about 5:00 pm I asked the manager if the card had been found he said that it would take 15min to check on it ( seemed a bit odd) and we could callback. I called store assistant manager and he said he would check on it. But didn't let me know what happened. Will call manager Monday. I had to cancel card because it was compromised. So if you go thru outside window at the pharmacy make sure you check your paper bag before you leave the window or just reach in and get it yourself ( my new prefered method). I usually have very good service at this store, by the way. Have spent alot of money over the years, but they kinda dropped it this time.

Cleaner than stores in wichita, usually has what you need in stock. Too many selfcheckouts and one register the workers are not the sharpest/poor sacking skills. Good clearance deals.

We have never been in a more poorly arranged store. “Salty snacks” doesn’t include chips or nuts. Huh? Juice boxes are not located in the juice aisle. Holiday cereal displays are in frozen food section….not in the cereal aisle. The milk is clear in the back next to the cleaning supplies. Things are placed haphazardly and it’s impossible to find things. I actually take pictures and document some of our unbelievable finds. Most employees seem really unhappy and seem almost reluctant to help. We just asked someone where to find an item and he pretended to ignore us initially. When we finally got his attention he said “I think it might be over there…(pointing).” He didn’t wait to see if it was there or accompany us. I handed a milk that was opened and dripping everywhere to another employee who was stocking shelves and she seemed irritated - absolutely no response. Deli folks are always nice - the only consistently positive part of the shopping experience. Managers really need to do some training on customer service, and store arrangement. We are always disappointed when we leave the store - especially after shopping at Trader Joe’s where they seem really interested in their shoppers.

We are so lucky to have a Dillons Marketplace in Derby! They carry anything you could possibly want. Produce and meat is always fresh and good. Great selection of cheeses. I love their deviled egg potato salad and sliced smoked Gouda in the deli.

I would have never thought I’d be writing this. I used the dillions delivery services expecting a responsible delivery driver to be bring me my goods. However I regret to inform anyone trying to use this service to be careful. Where I live we let out dogs out due to it being the country side. The delivery driver saw my dogs and instead of being cautious they ran my dog over and left. Never stopped to tell me nothing. I found out that our family dog had sadly passed away due to a drivers negligence and inability to stop and care for their mistake i truest hope this driver loses their job. I have no empathy for anyone that could hit an animal and leave it for dead. I cared for this dog and I loved this dog for 11 years. I will never be using the dillions services ever again. I write this with a hole in my heart and an empty spot in my family.

Best experience at a grocery store, every time. Excellent customer service, above and beyond anything you see anywhere. I am impressed every single time. Always people stocking, cleaning, ready to help, and they go out of their way to help out and smile while doing it. Professional and kind individuals here. Good products too. The Olive Bar and Salad bar seem to have fresher/better quality than other locations.

The place has gone down hill. There is a very negative vibe amongst the staff. I've been shopping at Derby Dillon's since it was store #4. I think this store suffers with bad leadership and the negativity trickles down, I have seen and heard the GM Roger talk down to staff and not assist.

How is it that a curbside "Manager" charges us for another persons groceries, twice as much as ours should have been, then neither "manager" can figure out how to refund the overcharged amount. Going on 3 weeks and STILL have not been reimbursed

For the daft self-centered woman that wrote she couldn't give this place 5 stars because they didn't have a Starbucks in-store, I want to let her apparently affluent self know that there is a Starbucks just down the street less than 2 miles away. I highly recommend this store. Not just because it's clean, & has a large selection of gluten free items. But because of what I seen today. Today I had a young man who had some physical disabilities bagging my groceries. His co workers came up to him told him how nice it was working with such a hard worker & kept encouraging him. Its so refreshing seeing nice people being nice! Thank you Dillions for hiring caring individuals.

Very nice, clean store. I would love to see some more of the SUGAR FREE bakery goods like the Wichita stores have. Hill and Valley has an amazing selection of sugar free cookies, cupcakes and muffins. Please look into providing those for your diabetic customers., I currently have to make a special trip to Walmart just to get those items. Thank you.
