I have been going here for about two years now. The customer service is fantastic. They often have great sales on training treats. I appreciate the quality kibble available and their loyalty program is helpful as well. I love using their dog bathing stations for my super-shedder. I loved that when I bought food for my puppy that he didn't like, I was able to take it back for a refund--even opened--and they donated it to rescue. I know I can always count on help with questions I have.

They cut into our reservation time for the self-wash because they weren’t prepared for us. I would maybe recommend showing up 10+ minutes early if you want your full time allotment. But the experience was overall positive. Will be going back.

My wife and I had gone into this store in an attempt to buy jackets for two pups we had just got. The atmosphere was fine, but when we asked about jackets, the girl running the cash register had a little bit of an attitude about it we weren't greeted when we walked in the door and weren't offered any help until we had walked out the door as they didn't have the right size jackets.

I was in the store around 1:30 today. No other customers were in the store. I was expected to carry one of the 2 big bags I bought even though I told them I had a bad back. The blond haired girl said she could only carry 40 lbs and I had to carry the other bag. She could have come back or the other girl could have carried out. Terrible service today

I wanted to update my review that I left about bad hours. Google had the hours wrong and the issue has been resolved. I wanted to state that I love coming here, the manager and employees are very helpful and friendly. Great quality food and everything else. I’ve been coming here for years and have had zero issues.

Erica is the best. If you are having issues with your dog and you think it’s food related go see Erica. She helped us figure out the dog food that would fix our dogs gut issues. They have a great selection and very knowledgeable staff.

The two staff members I visited with at Chuck & Don’s were very knowledgeable & helpful about the different options of food. I also appreciate the policy of being able to return a food if it doesn’t work out.

While they can be on the pricey side, the care that they show for your individual pets, as well as the private washing room and the valuable advice of the experts (Sarah is amazing!!!) - we will for sure be coming back regularly for both our pup and our kitties.

Very knowledgeable staff—I had very specific questions about a lesser owned breed, and they spent the time getting details to beat help me pick products. I left feeling confident in what I chose. They also have tons of fun treats out for the pups who come into the store!They carry a wide range of products, including CBD treats. It was a better experience for me than Petco because of both the options and the staff. I feel like my pet mattered more than my credit card.

Chuck and Don's is a terrific local store. I have been a regular customer there for a while. Recently I needed boots for my 2 fur-kids due to a stretch of brutally cold, snowy weather. Lily happily helped me to get the perfect fit for my pups. She was very friendly, professional and my dogs really like their new footwear! 5+ stars!!

Very personalized service here. After our first visit, they remembered our puppy's name. You can tell they are very educated and passionate about what they sell. They can answer any questions that you have. They also usually give your puppy a free treat (after getting permission of course). Would highly recommend.

Every time we come into the Derby store we’re always greeted by great staff who are very knowledgeable. The pet showers in the back are always clean and ready for us to use. Store is always clean and easy to get around. The staff always spoil our dogs when we bring them with us to pick out a treat or new toy.
