Professionalism, courtesy, efficiency, cleanliness and attitude were all TopNotch 🎩 at this cute little Derby shop.I think my dog even had an accident while they were trimming his nails, and to avoid any embarrassment they both quickly cleaned it up and didn't bat an eye!Excellent service, ladies, Bravo!

Marie and her daughter do a great job on our puppy. They're friendly and always get her done early and call to let us know she's ready to go.Scheduling is easy, but plan ahead. Their spots fill up fast. They charge a reasonable price and I highly recommend them. They treat the dogs with love and gentleness. And she always comes home with a cute seasonal bow or bandana.

They did a wonderful job trimming my 70lb dog's nails! They were trimmed before he even knew what was happening. He was so comfortable with the ladies that he even showed off his tricks for a couple of dog treats! The price is very reasonable and you can get in and out for a nail trim in 10 minutes or less!

Employee on the phone was completely rude. I called to schedule an appointment but any time the employee ask me a question about my dog she would interrupt me before I could finish answering the whole question she asked. I don't know if I'm overreacting or not but I thought that was rude.

They do an awesome job for us. I would highly recommend them. Very reasonably priced.6/10/18 Update: Took our dog to the vet last week for her annual checkup. She bragged about how healthy and clean her teeth were. I told her our groomer does an awesome job brushing her teeth!

My smallest of my critters just got back from another new groomer but I think this one will be a keeper. Not only were they easier to get into but the prices are considerably more wallet friendly. Plus being a little closer.At this point, I do recommend them. It's tough finding what you need, even in these days of the internet and Google.But I think we can stop looking. Thanks to all I met there today. Our family will ALL be back.

We have been going here for a very long time. They are very friendly and awesome with dogs. I highly recommend these ladies to everyone. They put up with a lot from dogs that other places don't. We have one dog that bites because he is in a lot of pain, and they still let him go there to get groomed. I heard from someone that Fuzzy was he (I think that is how they spell it) will not groom dogs that bite them. At A Purdy Pet, they truly love animals and are just so great with them.

Our first time trying was today(October 13th 2015). I have to say, from the first moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a warm feeling. Our boy chopper warmed right up to them. Not only did they do a great job with him, but they also let us know of a problem he had with his teeth. Something that another groomer in derby never said anything about. Super nice ladies and the rate is incredibly affordable. We thank you, and Chopper thanks you. See you again soon.
