Visiting family for 4th of July 22, I’m in the military and love coming home to Kansas. I always look forward to this location because it still has that small town feeling that I rarely get to experience anymore. Normally the service is amazing. I don’t know if someone called in or they are understaffed, but the lady (tall/skinny/older) at the counter today was on a whole new level. After giving her multiple chances to relax and telling her we were in no hurry, still continued to sigh/roll her eyes/and act annoyed that we were ordering food, at a restaurant. We wanted to go somewhere else, but the kiddos really wanted ice cream. Very disappointed.

I was in town visiting a friend, and was headed out and went through the drive-through. I ordered the $7 chicken strip meal deal, with tax came to 8 something.. The food was dry and the iced tea was weird tasting. But everything seemed to kind of have an odd Taste.i would think if I'm paying over $8 for food, at least it would be fresh. Probably the worst food I've ever had from any DQ

Employees were rude. More interested in giving around and talking. Got my drive through offer order incorrect twice. The initial order then the correction. Had to go back into the store and correct the issue only to find that o would be charged again because of the person on drive thru not even placing my original order correctly.

They do a great job managing lots of younger employees, some of the best customer service in town. Most of the time, they are very friendly and treat customers right! Food is consistently good and reasonably priced. Store is always clean and they handle large crowds in a smaller space very well.

Stopped in while on the road. Food was great, the wait was acceptable for it being lunch time. There were shaded picnic tables, with good parking for large vehicles, behind the building.

The staff were so friendly and did not complain when we (4 families) came in close to closing time. He don't have a DQ where we live anymore, so we were very excited to eat there. They helped us with a smile and even jumped in to help when my son got sick in the store.

The staff was nice food was good, but our table was filthy. Not just food crumbs, but dirty. We used a wet wipe to wipe the area where the baby sat and it was so dirty we ended up cleaning the entire table. Other than that, it was great.

Nothing wrong with the food but I asked if they give a military discount and they said no and I said that was so sad. The girls that was working the window started smirking and said what's so funny. They shut the window and some young man came to the window and I asked for the owners number and he said that he could not give it to me. Shame that we have to support our local businesses but they don't support our military.

Great drive thru service. Burger was perfect in every way and one of the best I've had. Fries were crispy and hot. Even the packaging was spot on. I'll be back for sure.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich plain with nothing on it for my grandson. When we got home the sandwich was cover in mayo, lettuce and tomato. But more importantly the chicken was not done inside. I was thankful that he did not eat it without us discovering that it was not done. Please slow down in the kitchen and get the meal done.

The last three times I've ordered a burger at this DQ it has been so cold the cheese doesn't melt or there was no cheese at all and the quality of the beef is sub-standard. Horrible flavour.

Great service, even with a huge line in drive up. Nice picnic table area behind restaurant. Brought our food out during CoVid 19. Burger was great.

DQ is cool, but product is prepared ahead then froze causing lettuce/tomatoes 2 wilt when warmed back uP n "microwave". I will not get a burger there cause of.

No grill or food at this DQ, however IT DOES have great workers and they always remembers my 'specially blend & mixed blizzard' that I'd came up with over time. Easily addicting! LOL!

Honestly, this is my favorite DQ in the world. I have many memories of this place. I traveled through so many times and stopped at this DQ as a young man. This is a fine establishment. I highly recommend you going there.
