Wish I could give a half star. Got my pup from poodle palace June 2009. Great dealings with owner. However, she neglected to treat my pup for mites before sending her to me. Only mentioned it when I called to let her know pup had arrived. Pup had couple of bald spots on legs and lower torso. Which means my first stop was the vet to have her treated before exposing my home and other dog to any mites that may have still been on her or in the crate.
