We stop at this particular location every time we travel through the area. We've always find it convenient and stocked with most items we're needing/wanting. The employees are always kind and most helpful. The restrooms are clean and the parking lot is well maintained.

I tried to use the self checkout to buy Pringles, gloves, and sponges. But it told me my card didn't have enough money.. err not very skibidi! Whatever a lady told me to calm down, so I threw the self checkout at her and told her she got clapped, then I went to county jail for a month, not a sigma moment

I think this is the SMALLEST Walmart I’ve EVER been in. However, it makes it VERY easy to find what you need. The associates are VERY friendly and helpful. I also love that they have gear for fans of the Wildcats and T-Birds.

We stop at this location monthly while traveling. Stopping in to buy drinks and snacks, and to stretch our legs. It's always clean, well organized and usually staffed with friendly employees. I would have given more stars today except that the female employee near the Pokémon/trading card section treated me like a shoplifter. She came over and with a super condescending tone, asked if I needed any help. I told her no, that I was just looking. She then proceeded to stand directly behind me until I left. I guess Concordia has a trading card theft issue with 50 year old white males. So bizarre.

I visited the Walmart store in Concordia, Kansas (66901) on the night of February 11th, around 10:40 PM, and was met with one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had in any retail establishment. Upon arrival, I found the main entrance doors inexplicably locked, forcing me to enter through the exit doors. This was confusing and initially gave the impression that the store was closed, which was not the case.Upon entering and addressing a safety concern about the locked doors to my partner, I was shocked by the behavior of one of the Walmart associates. This individual, without any provocation, overheard my conversation and launched into a completely unprofessional tirade. Not only did she dismiss my concerns, but she also made deeply offensive and personal comments regarding my sexual orientation and relationship. Her behavior escalated to the point where she even threatened to report me to the health department, simply because I was wearing a food service uniform.What's more troubling is that when I attempted to address this issue by asking for her name, she refused to provide it and instead responded with further hostility. The management's response to this incident was equally disheartening. The night manager, named Hope, was of little help and advised me to contact the store manager the next day without taking any immediate action or providing the name of the offending associate.This incident was not only a blatant disregard for customer service but also a deeply concerning display of discriminatory behavior and a serious breach of professionalism. I am appalled and deeply hurt by the treatment I received. Shopping at Walmart has always been a regular part of my routine, but this experience has left me questioning the company's commitment to customer safety, respect, and dignity.I urge Walmart's corporate office to take immediate action to address this unacceptable behavior and to ensure that all customers are welcomed and treated with the respect they deserve, regardless of who they are or what they wear. No one should have to experience such discrimination and disrespect, especially over expressing a legitimate safety concern.

Keep an eye out for those CLEARANCE items this season/year. You know, the ones that sell for an exact dollar value - usually this is Walmart's lowest final price. But lately Walmart needs to rid it self of oversupplied items taking up shelf space so even those prices have been coming down. It's a gamble - will the price go down tomorrow or next week? Will they still have it in my size or color at a lower price? Remember to look for those yellow price stickers all over Walmart not just under CLEARANCE signs! Also use the Wal-Mart app in store to scan price tags (even clearance) you might find a hidden sale item!

The staff was Very busy but very attentive and helpful amidst the chaotic, last minute, New Years Eve crazed shoppers. Amazingly there were no lines AT ALL, despite the amount of customers. The employees were fast and efficient as well as good spirited despite working the holiday. The stores clearance sections were basically cleaned out, but that is just a testament to the high volume of returning, pleased customers, I could only decide l deduce. I will definitely shop there anytime whenever I am in the area.

The employees are super friendly and helpful.. my very first Walmart experience with staff that are friendly and helpful. All other Walmarts I've been too has had rude cashiers that don't want to help, but not this one. Everyone of them I have dealt with have been positive and friendl. Clean store. Very well stocked.

The Walmart on top of the hill It's a little bit smaller than some Walmarts but bigger than those micro Walmarts that they have popping up everywhere now they have a little bit of everything and everything I guess you need they have a lot of clearance items which is kind of nice and the prices are decentBathroom rank-ometer 4.1

I hate it but it still cheaper there then other places in town and I can't afford to try support local place they just cost to much for me and my 6 person family. But beside the prices, this place is garbage never find any help and when you do they are upset it seem you ask them for help. Always have people following you even though they never buying anything <anti- theft personal>.

Nice store, trucker friendly. They allow truckers to park so we can shop for much needed items for ourselves. So kudos and huge thanks. Despite having a list I forgot a few things...lolBut I enjoyed my shopping!! Today is 6/22/22 Well it's been a long while since my last visit and review. Today was a pleasant surprise and happy shopping experience. Lots of new items, very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Very nicely stocked and well maintained. Still friendly to truck drivers.

This Walmart is just off US-81. They allow big trucks and trailers to park. The Sports and Garden centers are friendly and helpful staff

Great selection of dog harnesses/leashes. Their baby section was stocked and many different options. The coolers for the ‘quick grab and go’ drinks wasn’t very cold. Am traveling and they had some good travel size items I was looking for. Was a smaller store.

Short story. Wanted to buy a simple neck tie for a formal event as I had forgotten one from home. Stopped in an looked, no ties found (and one 2 formal shirts, not my size in stock.) I asked an associate who then asked another associate if they carried men's ties. I was told that this location has not stocked ties in "2 years." I'm not upset about the experience, just thought it was funny.

Quite good enough for my needs since I'm moving to Concordia. Since it's a small town, it's a pretty small supercenter. I'm used to a very big one. The drawbacks to a bigger one are that it's difficult to keep stocked and keep clean. I'll be glad to shop at a smaller Walmart store with friendly people. Very pleased.2022. Been shopping here for 2 years. Anything they don't have you can get from Amazon. They've had some good specials and usually carry a good selection of groceries. The clothes aren't bad and they have most sizes. There's a large selection of pet food and supplies.

Whatever you do don't use your food stamps there I went a couple weeks ago and I rounded up my calculations on everything I put in my cart so I knew that when I got to the front then I would still have money left I had to run the food stamp card three times because the cashier was incompetent and kept trying to charge taxes on food stamps needless to say someone came over to help her and all they did was entered in the full amount of money on my food stamp card that was available and then attempted to tell me that I still owed money afterwards if it wasn't for the long line behind me with people I would have taken everything out of the car and made them start over therefore I will never stop at that Walmart again I will drive to Salina instead at least they know how to count
