2-9-24 once again a failed promotional item. 2/3/24 still the best Sonic around. 1/27/24 I was wanting to review the peanut butter bacon supersonic double but..... did not receive the double. Very disappointed. They have messed up a lot I mean a lot since my last review. The best Sonic around. Although the last two times I've been here they have been busy and messed up my orders. Still love this place and will keep coming back

Took forever to get my order this morning. When the screen said the order was on it's way took another three minutes to get it to me. Was a simple order yet saw food orders leaving that got there long after me. Ten minutes is too long. When I tried to say something to the carhop, he mumbled an apology and left while I was still speaking. This restaurant has a split-personality. Will go months with good food and service then become the mess today. Anyway, it's another boycott for me.

I'd love to know you guys just run out of ice cream. Management needs to take a look at their staff because this sounds like lazy employees that shut down the ice cream machine early to be able to go home earlier.

Ordered ahead for a specific time pick up. Was there on time. The screen said Morgan was on her way- 7 minutes later- got our 2 drinks. She was friendly and drinks tasted good. She was obvious busy and I had to wait for 2 drinks longer than I feel necessary.also, credit card reader looms to be damaged and I wouldn’t use that if asked to because maybe it has been tampered with.

Best Sonic, hands down. They have friendly staff, and are very fast and efficient. Service with a smile is absolutely what you'll receive here, every single time. They rarely make mistakes, which is saying a lot considering this is fast food. Generous with servings and condiments as well. Can't say enough good things about this place.

This is one of the worst Sonics ever. It's really quite sad. I rarely eat fast food, but when I do, I like Sonic. This Sonic is ruining Sonic for me.I've been there 28 times since the end of April. I love their frozen cherry limeade and frozen strawberry lemonade! So I treat myself about once a week to one of those and I really enjoy the half price shakes. Well, I used to.On only three of those twenty-eight visits was my order correct. And two of those three were just a drink.Tonight my grandson and I went to get a shake to share, an order of fries, and a burger. The burgers were actually pretty good, even though they had pickles on them when I asked for no pickles. The fries were cold, and the further down in the box we got, the colder they were. I thought that was odd. They were also crammed in the box so most of the french fries were bent and squishy. The shake was probably a third of the way melted by the time it even made it out to the car. It was foamy and really gross. I'd asked the carhop about remaking it and he said, no that that's the way shakes are. Uh, no they aren't...We discussed the shake for nearly two minutes before I said, just forget it. My little guy was hungry and we'd waited twenty-two minutes for our simple food order to come out. Then the ticket was wrong, I was over charged about $4.50, so we waited another four minutes for him to return with the corrected ticket. I was so over it by then I just wanted to go.I keep holding out for them, hoping that it gets better, but it's just not.Side note: Most of their speakers don't work and a whole row doesn't have working debit card readers. They also don't have any signs saying this.

If I could give this experience I would give it a zero, they just could not get our order out right. They were not very busy and I would understand this treatment if they were but they were not! They had to go back to the kitchen several different times finally getting everything on the ticket and still didn’t get the items right with putting tomatoes on things that were requested to not have them. Very dissatisfied in the customer service when reminding the server about a drink she forgot twice got an attitude with us for no reason. Have been a loyal customer for years and will not be spending my money here, will be going across town to the McDonalds.

Love 'em!! Jimmy is amazing, he works so hard and is so friendly and kind. I'm so glad they have people like him working here, I so appreciate this Sonic! They were short staffed tonight and I watched that sweet man work so hard and fast to serve everyone with a smile, you can't beat service like that! He deserves a raise *nudge nudge, wink wink to the owners!*, If it hadn't been for the kitchen staff he'd have been running the place all by himself tonight. Amazing, top notch service and food. All the staff here are great, but Jimmy was exceptional tonight Thank you Jimmy!

Always good. A little pricy, but happy hour deals are worth it. The one in Columbus has a wonderful manager. She's fairly new and I hope she stays. Good job Sonic.

I ordered on the app three Dr. peppers and a cherry limeade. And there are all cherries in every Dr Pepper and there was only supposed to be cherries in two Dr. peppers. We’re supposed to be vanilla and one of them. And y’all completely messed up my whole order I am not happy at all. And then I went to get red white and blue slushes and they did not have bubbles which is an option for the slushes. So y’all completely messed up my whole order if need be I will contact corporate this is not funny.

Food and service are good. Problem is that their entercom system is horrible. The person inside has had trouble understanding the order my last 4 visits. It needs to be fixed immediately. I suspect the problems reported here are a direct result of the poor entercom system between the order kiosk the customer uses and the order taker inside are using. During my visits, customers on both sides of me were having the same problems.

You dont have to leave the comfort of your car, they bring the food to you. Great fast food...hamburgers, chili dogs, chicken sandwiches, fresh fries, tater tots. I have also enjoyed there breakfast menu. They have .99 large drinks in the morning & half price happy hour from 2 to 4. Not to mention all the icecream choices!

Went to Sonic to get grandkids ice cream. Got out and sat at the tables and tried to order from the menu at the tables. Waited for 20 minutes while the red button said it was activated. And no one ever took our order. Watched people pulling in have their orders taken. We left with no ice cream.

Always a bad experience this time was no different. My Order took forever and was wrong and cold. Worst sonic around. Recommend you keep going on to baxter springs where u get a better experience everytime.

The food is good when it's right. There is always something messed up with my order. From no sauce to a vanilla shake that was supposed to be chocolate. It's very aggravating. Thought I'd give it another shot tonight. Well big surprise.. they messed it up

The Columbus KS location is horrible. The older car hops are very rude, management even more so. Consistently takes at least 15 min just for a drink. I Know someone who very briefly worked there after health Dept shut them down. He said its as bad as it was when they were shut down. I dont go to the Columbus KS location anymore due to cleanliness and hateful staff. Would not recommend this location

The manager Skyler needs to be fired. He does not deserve that position. Because all he wants to do is yell at kids to make himself feel like man. Don't let your kids work there.

I downloaded the app, ordered on line, drove the 4 miles to town, checked in with the app, waited, after 5 min used the red button, after a few someone came out and told me the icecream machine was broken so I could get something else or they could put the charge back on my credit card, I chose that and he said he would be right back, and then I waited again while he continued to take items to other cars, 10 more min passed and i pushed the red button again and asked what was going on, finally someone brought my credit to me with an I'm sorry. My car had been running for20+ min by now. I think that is unacceptable. My time is important to me too.

We LOVE Sonic, but this sonic never gets our order right. I enjoy chili on everything but they barely give you any even when you ask for extra. It takes for ever to get the food. And they are allways out of ice cream or the machine is broken. Very disappointed.

Went here last night and ordered the chicken strip dinner, 3 pc and well I got all the way home and realized I only had 2 chicken strips instead of 3, And they was so small thay looked like McDonald's Chicken Nuggets!I had them change the tots to fries, and they was so cold and stale I could not eat them. Also ordered a Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper and got Cherry, vanilla Coke. So my meal was almost $9 and not worth it! Sonic is one of my favorite pkaces to eat but I hate going to this one now. 😒

Overall they need better management! The slowest on customer service I have ever seen, as in slow to respond after you push the button... This had been about every time we go there, today they only had one car hop and he ran his butt off and did very well! The bread is stale a lot.
