Wow, great experience! Called, and they were able to help my duck with Bumblefoot! All vets in the Joplin, Diamond, and Neosho area did not treat ducks or if they did want over 1k to work on him. Not only did they prescribe the medication needed, but the doctor took his time to teach me how to give additional shots as well to care for the bumblefoot! I truly appreciate this Vet taking the time to work me in. I could see his clinic was very busy. I pray God richly blessed him for his love and care for our faithful friends! Thank you, Columbus Veterinary ClinicBest Animal Doc! He truly cares! Plus all the staff are great!

The absolute worst experience at a vet. 5 minutes into getting there the vet tech was aggressively dragging my puppy around by her leash and got more aggressive when my pup got scared and wouldn't get on the scale. I called a day ahead to tell them how scared she would be and they definitely didn't listen or they didn't care. On that call I also told them she doesn't do well in a crate for long periods of time. They reassured me she would be sedated after her procedure and she would be fine. They didn't even do the procedure and didn't call me until 4:00pm to tell me they weren't. She was in their kennels for 9 HOURS and her face was swollen with a cut by her eye!! If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!

I am absolutely blown away by my experience here....this guy is soooo incredibly knowledgeable and caring as well as fantastic at communicating the entire time he's examining. Also ALL of his staff is AMAZING. He did chiropractic work and blood work right there in his office and im certain he saved my dogs life. 1000 stars isn't a good enough rating 🙏🙏🙏

The black and white cat in my photo is Missy. She is 13. She got in a brawl with big tom. Missy thinks she is lion sized and bullet proof. She is not.She was in pretty bad shape but Doc patched her up and she was good as new.

The staff is amazing and kind. We took our senior dog in only 2 times to this clinic. Doc said she had a heart murmur and some infected teeth. Took her in to have them cleaned/removed and she died the next morning. I don't think she was in shape to go under but doc had only met her once. I can't help but wish I would have researched this before taking her in there. There were risks we didn't quite know about.

I brought my dog in for a check up and 2 Seconds into seeing my dog. Mr. Gregory thought he had the authority to punch my dog in the back of the head. My dog is already scared enough to be in a new environment and than you punch him in the back of the head to make things even worse. Curtis Gregory is a very unethical handler of animals and I would not recommend anyone to come to his vet as your animals will be beaten if not acting to his standards.

Doc Gregory was fantastic,,, our 11lb morkie got sick really fast out of the blue. I called them and they squeezed us in that day,,, come to find out she had a severe allergic reaction along with a hernia and he fixed her up on the spot! The vet came late to see a horse I had that got injured. He was very kind and compassionate. Even though he was not able to do anything for her because of the extent of her injuries he took the time to explain what was wrong and seemed like he genuinely cared. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because receptionist. She was not at all compassionate when I was trying to explain what happened and for some reason thought the louder she talked perhaps the more it would help me explain. She cut me off several times saying thats not what I asked you when I was trying to explain. Then she said have you done this, you should’ve been doing this and that. It wasn’t until I started crying and stated I am not the vet that is why Im calling and its frustrating to me to be hearing all these what I should do scenarios from people who are not vets, because I have no idea what the proper care is. That all I am asking is when she can be seen. I understand people have bad days but she definitely could’ve been more compassionate. That being said she was not the vet, which is what my horse need and the vet was fantastic. I cant say enough how he seemed to truly care about my horse and was very gentle with her.
