Never ever call you back. At least call me and say your full/-booked up. When I spoke with someone one time, she was rude and couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I'm in the dog daycare and Boarding grooming business etc at 8 locations through KC and Manhattan. This is not how you treat potential customers.

I am not normally from NW Kansas, but am currently living with family and was desperately in need of a Dog Groomer. Our experience at Pampered Pets Day Spa was amazing! They were able to get both my dogs in for a nail trim next day, and they did a great job working with my Malamute mix who can get nervous at the groomer. I really appreciate Grace's help, and as long as I am in the area I will be utilizing their services.
